The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing team was very communicative with us, from both owner and the tech assigned to our project. The tech arrived on time as scheduled, and we had a new water heater installed and running in about 3 hours (including the draining of the old heater). They hauled the old heater and parts away, and left the area clean after their work--all for a reasonable price compared with other plumbing companies in our area that I had called. We would definitely hire them again. Thanks Angi!
