Description of Work: TME Construction did an excellent job remodeling my master bathroom. The bathroom was gutted of everyting except tub and double vanity. The bathroom floors, shower, and tub surround were all retiled. The tile work was outstanding. New fixtures and a beautiful new door were installed in the shower. A granite countertop was installed on the existing vanity along with new sinks and faucets. New fixtures were installed in the existing tub. A new light fixture was installed and new mirrors were hung. A new toilet was installed and the bathroom was painted throughout. Our experience with Tony and his crew at TME Construction was very positive. Tony's crew, his tiler, and his plumber did excellent work and were all very professional. The few problems that occured were solved very quickly by Tony. Tony was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend TME Construction to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

Description of Work: They finished the cabinet work in our "nearly finished but sick of the project" Ikea kitchen. Beautiful work and very reasonable. Even did some extra stuff for us: carrying some heavy equipment to the garage and putting a shelf over our washer/dryer. Four guys worked very well together. Wonderful team that I am planning to use again very soon.

Description of Work: Tony and his group covered my patio area with a roof and added electricity so that we could watch TV outside. They completed the job quickly, even working during the week with 108 degree heat. I have recommended them to my girlfriend already.

Description of Work: Tony was great. His bid came in far less than the other bid we received. He came out quickly & gave us a bid. Unfortunately, he's very busy so it took about 3 weeks until he could schedule our job but did complete the work on time and when promised.

Description of Work: Positives: Showed up punctually on time as promised with two helpers. Completed work as promised. Price was reasonable and all three were very professional. Negatives: Did not pick up the tab for the paint as agreed to. Could have used caulk to make the completed framing look a bit better. | |Overall: the positives far outweighed the negatives and will definitely consider hiring again.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the wall patching Tony performed (using his guy Al) at my house following a repipe. I had about 6 holes, some plaster, some drywall and Al patched them up and even fixed a couple of drywall divest I had in the coat closet. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Tony and his crews are top notch! We got the keys to our new house and Tony had his crews there the next day. We had popcorn ceilings removed, and our counters and showered refinished. It looks like a brand new home! Very professional, always picked up the phone, knew his stuff, and the price was excellent. You'd be crazy to go with anyone else. Ill be calling Tony for years to come!

Description of Work: I just bought a condo with no ceiling fans or overhead lighting. TME showed up early, did the job quickly, and the work was outstanding. Tony even found a couple unrelated problems and fixed them without a problem. I appreciate their professionalism.

Description of Work: They did a great job, and Tony was a trustworthy, honest guy. Only criticism I had was that they changed the location of a device they installed on my roof without telling me first. It's worked out and I'm fine with the installation, but I would have liked them to tell me first, and explain why.

Description of Work: I emailed TME Construction to remodel a couple bedrooms that I rented out for several years. Tony returned my e-mail within a day and requested that I call him to discuss the details and after talking with him on the phone we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The job required that two rooms be completely painted, have the baseboard replaced and had crown moulding installed. Tony followed up with a estimate within a week while I continued pursue a couple other estimates from some other contractors. All the other contractors I had contacted either were charging more money, couldn't give me firm estimate or didn't want to travel to Santa Clarita for a small project. So I scheduled a couple days to have Tony's guys come out and start work. Tony's guys, Rob and his brothers Anthony and Jeff, showed up at about 8 am Monday morning on March 4. Rob, Anthony and Jeff were awesome Ad very considerate, always making sure I was satisfied with thoroughness and quality of the work. Rob does really nice work and takes pride in his workmanship and it shows. Rob and his brothers ended up working a little late on Tuesday to get the job completed on time which was fine with me. I will definitely go back to Tony for future home improvement projects and look forward to working with him in the future.

Description of Work: These guys are great. We had a loose toilet that caused the water to constantly run. We had turned the water off temporarily but needed it to be fixed as soon as possible. They arrived when they said and set straight to work. They found a damaged gasket under it but fixed that as well and resealed everything - it is as good as new. They also always clean up behind themselves so you aren't left with a mess. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Tony and his crew came in to tear out an old shower and build out a new updated one. I had a timeline I had to stick to and Tony helped me by getting everything done on time and on budget. The quality of the work was great and I was surprised he still uses old fashioned techniques by hot mopping the pan and floating the walls instead of backer board. I was very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Tony and his crew worked quickly removing two separate decks, hauling away the old wood, and re-building the new ones. I especially appreciated his effort to stay within my budget, after discovering that the framing would have to be completely redone because of rotted supports. Originally, I was planning to use TREX, but in order to have structurally safe decking, Tony recommended using pre-treated redwood to accomplish the job. It took a little longer to order and receive the change in materials, but it was definitely worth it. The decks look beautiful in the natural wood with several coats of sealant. The craftsmanship put into this job shows. When touch-ups were needed, Tony made good on his work. I will definitely consider him and his company for further projects. His pricing is also very competitive and fair.

Description of Work: Asked TME for a quote on finished carpentry work, the estimate took several weeks. I found myself hunting him down just for the quote. Therefore, i decided to use a more responsive company.
