I originally found TME Construction on Angies List. Tony was very easy to deal with. The day he came to assess the projects and give me a quote he was not only on time buy a little early. I received his quote in a couple of days. His price was not the lowest, but it also wasn't the highest. I chose him because I believed him to be honest and up front. I was right, there were no hidden costs or surprises. The project took 5 days and Tony and his crew were on time every day, they kept everything as clean as possible. Tony was very good at keeping me informed of what was going to happen next, and how long it would take. They were very respectful of me and my belongings. I had to call him back for a minor cosmetic issue, but he and one of his crew came bright and early the next morning and fixed it without any hesitation. I will absolutely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of construction/handyman services.

WOULD DEFINITELY recommend! We'll be calling TME the next time we need something fixed for sure. I called TME due to the good reviews on Angieslist and his close proximity to us. I reached his secretary and within an hour he called me back himself and scheduled to come by the next day. He was actually able to come by earlier and called me to check if that was fine. I was really impressed with his punctuality and professionality. I've had to deal so often with people coming late or not calling me back in a timely fashion. TME was really nice. We had an appliance door that was broken that he wasn't able to deal with, but he recommended two good places in the area that could do it for us. He looked at a house door we were curious about and seemed knowledgeable, and let us know it was just a humidity issue, something that couldn't really be fixed. We also had a dripping shower head and he told us something to try before we replace some more expensive parts of it. If that doesn't work, we'll definitely be calling him back to replace them. I was impressed that (a) he was on time and called me back promptly (b) he was nice and professional and seemed to know what he was doing (c) if he couldn't fix something, he told us what to do and who to call instead. (d) I offered to pay him for his time, even though he didn't actually fix something, but he wouldn't let me pay him. I wouldn't have minded, but I was impressed that he didn't charge me.

Tony was absolutely amazing. I will definitely use his services again. The quality of his work is excellent and he works very quickly. Tony was early to the job site and he had to actually wait for me. He is also very courteous and easy to talk to. Even though it was raining outside, he was very respectful of our home and left it very clean. The price was outstanding for all of the work he performed. He even picked up the materials himself. I've worked with many contractors / services in Los Angeles and Santa Clarita and Tony is definitely one of the best.

Due to water damage approximately 1500 sq. ft. of flooring replaced along with moulding. In addition, some minor drywall repair was required along with replacement of toe kicks on kitchen cabinets. The owner (Tony) came out within 2 days and gave an estimate and spent time talking with us about options and what could be done. When we choose his firm for the work within a week they were able to start work. He promised to have the work done before Thanksgiving and was done a week prior to that. Very nice. He was extremely communicative - he routinely called us to tell us what was happening and what to expect next. He always returned calls very quickly - in fact once, I believe he was in the bath tub when I called and got out to speak with me about the project! They used a sub-contractor for the tile flooring installation, I assume because of the size and complexity of the job. The sub was also very responsive, did good work, and completed the work on time. I believe they are a family owned and operated small business and we were very happy with their service, assistance, and work performed. We recommend and will use them in the future.

I only used the handyman service, but Tony was very nice and seemed knowledgable about current coding and safety requirements. He even fixed a door where a locksmith had done a poor job of installing a lock, leaving the door difficult to close. What was nice about that was that it was not even on my list of things for the handyman to fix and he didn't even charge me for the extra repair, saying it only took him a few minutes. I would certainly recommend the handyman service and I would consider using this company for larger jobs. UPDATE: I have had another great experience with TME for a second small project and I plan to use them for a larger project in the near future. 2nd UPDATE: I used TME for a couple of other projects and downgraded only the "A" rating for Price that I'd given them previously to a "B." I checked on the cost of the parts for the repairs and, combined with the few minutes of actual labor for one of the projects (changing the hot water regulator), I felt that I was overcharged and would have done better to call a plumber. I think the key difference was that I did not have them bid for the more recent projects; I simply hired them. I still recommend this company, but my advice is that you get a bid first and either check the prices for the parts needed or collect and compare other bids before deciding. Otherwise, you may pay too much.

I cannot say enough about TME, Tony and his team including his employees and sub-contractors. If Tony cannot provide the services directly he knows a resource who as representatives of his firm will get the job done promptly, professionally and at a highly competetive price. TME responded to my original request the same day, arrived promptly for the site visit and provided highly competitive pricing for the project. Normally I'm cautious about accepting the lowest bid but in this case TME's was highly competitive and the work completed was first class. I have no problem recommending Tony and TME to anyone and will use his firm for planned future projects. Thanks Tony!!!

Superior recommendations, superior punctuality and completion, superior work, superior attitude and communication.

Tony and his team arrived early every day and left when their specific task was done even if they had to stay later than usual. They put extra effort into protecting areas from damage while they were working. They were easy to talk to while on the job and a pleasure to have working in my house. They finished on time. Turned a complete hovel of a bathroom into a model home style bathroom.

Tony was very reponsive to my first phone call asking for an estimate to repair some very old and deteriorating shower walls. He followed up quickly with a written quote and we agreed on a start date. He and his crew showed up very promptly and the job went exactly as he had described it to me. The removed the old, moldy wall material and wet wallboard behind it. They used heater/fans over a two-day period to dry out the area of any residual dampness. They replaced the green/backer board as needed and put in all the new synthetic shower walls, new shower valves and new handles and left the work area neat and clean. We were very impressed with the job. They were fast, professional, pleasant and they knew what they were doing.

Tom is great, he responded quicky with quote and time frame of when work can be performed. His crew made my kitchen cabinets look almost new. He was there at the jobsite supervising making, sure things were done. Especailly with the clean-up. I do need him to come back for a few touch ups on the kitchen cabinets, but I haven't had a opportunity to call him. I'm sure when I do, he will have no problem coming back.

We received numerous estimates for the various jobs, but Tony's prices at least matched and consistently beat the others. We immediately noticed the attention to detail that he and his crew showed to our home. He offered helpful suggestions and made sure that we were happy with the final product. He even let us know what things we could worry about later and went out of his way to make sure things were done right. He finished the job early and we are thrilled with the results - the quality workmanship is evident! I will be calling Tony for any additional work that needs to be done with the house. We were not able to be around during most of the time the work was being done, and it was comforting to be able to trust that Tony was taking care of things. I highly recommend TME Construction!

Tony and crew showed up when they said they would, worked diligently and professionally, and finished the job on time. Very positive experience. I have used their services since with equally positive results. Will use them again.

The deck turned out ok. I also asked to do some painting touch ups and light carpentry work. This work didn't turn out as well. It seems as though they rushed through the job; not paying attention to details. He also parked his truck in my lawn, as well as my neighbors. He seemed to only be focused on getting paid, not on the quality of the job. He was a nice man who was very polite, but I would not recommend him.

Tony and his guys did a wonderful job, done perfectly and professionally. I wasextremely pleased with the proficiency, quality of job and also with thepricing. Very prompt, on time and overall very very satisfactory.

If I had to describe Tony in one word it would be AWESOME. I was looking for an electrician and found someone who could do everything. He installed my light fixtures, electric stove, range hood, curtain rods and replaced or tighten light sockets. Since I purchased a foreclosure the electrical outlet needed for the new stove was missing. The cabinet needed to attach a over-the-range microwave was also missing. Tony instaled a new electrical outlet, picked out and installed a beautiful range hood. He also clean up after every project. Tony was great and I will be calling him back for other projects.

I found TME Construction to be very professional, punctual and performed great work. I always knew what the construction schedule was, and was notified immediately of any changes. or difficulty obtaining materials. TME Construction made sure to consult us throughout the project to be sure our goals were taken care of. I found the individual staff members to be very pleasant to work with and they were always happy to stop and listen to my questions, changes etc. I was VERY impressed with TME's punctuality and long days of work. I was also very happy with their reasonable rates. I had several other bids prior to deciding to go with TME and chose them due to their quick response time, professional attitude and reasonable rates. We had all of our work done in several different sessions due to our own scheduling. Each DAY they tidied up the job site and when they finished they left the rooms cleaner than when they had arrived! I feel TME Went above and beyond on their work and performed very high quality repairs for us!

Great experience! Lots of careful planning resulting in a relatively smooth construction job. A detailed written estimate provided up-front (a sign of a good company in our experience). TME has an excellent network of professional subcontractors that arrive on time and finish on schedule. No remodel is perfect, like the flooring not being available after the company accepted the order but solutions were handled quickly and professionally.

After surveying the sight and ripping off the rest of the old awning, it didn't take him long to complete the job. He worked very quickly and efficiently.
