TME's guys came out and were so nice and helpful. They do a really good job and are very professional and knowledgeable. They did a ton of items around the house that would have taken me days in a couple hours. I'm really pregnant right now and it's not possible for me to do a lot of things and they really did a fabulous job. I'll definitely use them again (in fact, they are here today helping me!)

Yet again, TME guys did a great job and were very nice. They got everything done really well and very fast. Stuff I'm not able to do well, I can call them and know that they'll do a good job!

In the process of replacing French doors opening onto our backyard, when we popped out the old door frame we found extensive termite damage on the frame boards. We thought we should contact a licensed general contractor to reframe the door, in case the damage extended further into the wall. I found TME on Angies List and reached Tony, who was very nice and was at a job near my house so he came by within an hour or two. He did not think the damage was greater than the visible boards and said he would return the next day to fix it. He came out the following day as planned and replaced the damaged boards in the door frame. Unbelievably, he did not charge us a dime, not even to cover the materials. They were so pleasant and helpful, we will definitely call them again.

Tony was wonderful to work with. I really could not have asked for a better contractor. He helped us to prepare my grandmother's house to be rented. He understood that we were working on a budget, and that we wanted to use quality materials without running up a large bill. He was especially helpful in that he hauled away all of the left over items that we were not able to sell (mostly junk anyway). He even was willing to replace broken blinds, install new lighting fixtures, and install an air conditioning unit. He made a big job really easy on us. He finished the job quickly (5 days). His crew always showed up when he said they would, and the quality of the work they did was excellent. The result was that the house looked great and we got a renter very quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They examined the outside and the room in question. He mentioned he was busy, but would get back with me. He said they would send me a quote by end of the day and never wrote back. I wish they would just tell me if they didn't want to do the work.

My Kitchen was very old and outdated. Tony and his team from 'soup to nuts" remodeled my entire Kitchen. He called me with updates and provided everything he said he would - On TIME. I love my kitchen now.

I had a horrible contractor that did horrible things to my house. Tony with TME came in and saved the day. I was so scared to commit again and he was completely patient with me. He told me something that I hadn't realized before and was a mistake I'd made with the previous contractor. He said, "No one can do everything perfectly. I have my specialties, but it is my job to know who is a specialist in areas I'm not and I'll get those guys working on your house. It is my job to coordinate them." The guy before had tried to do everything himself and failed miserably. Tony is a perfectionist. He is a GREAT contractor. The work he does is top notch, as is the work of the people with whom he contracts. Another BEAUTIFUL thing about TME is that they don't under-bid. There aren't a whole bunch of "surprise" costs that suddenly appear when you are half way through the job. A bit of advice - when you put a job out to bid, you might get a lower bid, but you get what you pay for. You won't find anybody that does the quality of work Tony and is crew do at a lower price. And, trust someone who knows, it is NOT worth the headache and heartache of testing it. Tony at TME is The Man!

TME Construction is fantastic!!! They are such a hard working crew of guys that get a high quality job done on time. We chose this company because of all the positive Angie's List reviews and it was definitely a good choice! We had a very tight turnaround time between the house renovations and our move in. Tony and his crew did everything possible to make sure things were ready for us, and we plan to continue using them for many of our future renovations to the house. Like Seal Team Six - Tony and his team tackled the projects I gave them and took care of absolutely everything in record time with the utmost professionalism. They are a quality company that I will definitely hire again. I'm already working on another list for TME Construction.

Tony, the owner, came by to give an estimate on the painting job. He was prompt, professional, and thorough in describing the work he would do and what my options were for paint to fit the budget. Tony ended up using higher end paint than what he quoted because I have three small children and he knew I needed a durable and scrubbale paint, but he didnt charge me for this. Tony's crew showed up as expected on time and were a pleasure to have in my home for two long days of painting. They paid a lot of attention to detail and went back to touch up any areas that needed it so that the finished product looked fantastic.They were great at giving me pointers and advice as I will need to do a lot of future DIY painiting in my new home. We found the lights not to be working in the master suite of the home and I asked the painters if they had any ideas. They spent what would have been there break time, to help me try and find GFCI outlets and reset the lights. We were unable to fix the problem. The second day of the job, the owner stopped by to inspect the job and he too went around and tried to see if he could quickly help fix the lights. He checked the power in all the outlets and found them to be working. He then knew there was a larger problem. He outlined what the potential problem might be and what he thought it would take to fix it. He said he would call me to set up an appoitnment for the following week. He actually called later the same day and said he had a cancellation and squeezed me in for the next day. Tony and two of his crew came by and worked until they found the problem and charged much less than I would have expected this type of work to cost and especially with so much manpower to fix the problem. They did a great job!

Tony is a great guy to work with, both on the phone and in person. His quote was neither the first, nor the cheapest we received, but he was definitely the most comfortable and knowledgable about doing the job on our older rental property. When they were pressure washing the house and more of the shade rails were rotted than he thought, he replaced them as well without quibbling over whether it was going to eat into his profit. Great customer service! The painting job was beautifully done and looks like a million dollars! The house looks so good now, our tenants won't recognise it when they get home. I'm looking forward to working with Tony and his crew when we have more work to be done on this house in the future.

Tony from TME was a pleasure to deal with. You could call him anytime of day for any reason and he would always answer his call and take time to answer questions. All of his crew and all of his subs were great and did excellent work. They were always on time and always cleaned up everyday. All of the work done exceeded my expectations. Tony made everything in this experience very simple for me. He gave me a list of everywhere to go, who to see to pick out everything that I needed. He took care of everything from there on. I would 100% use TME Construction again and refer him to all my friends and family.

It went wonderfully. The man showed up (fifteen minutes early) to give us an estimate and within fifteen minutes set up a full appointment to come out the next day, and make the repairs. Again the next day, the worker came in twenty minutes early, everything was done fast and they were very pleasant.

We started to notice that we have some dry rot issue with our wood trimming adjoining the roof, so we gave TME construction a call and left a message. Tony called back that same day to schedule for him to come out and look at the work that needs to be done. He came out the following week and informed us that the dry rot was the result of water damage and that he can replaced the trimming and correct the problem that caused the damage, and the work would only take 1 day. We schedule the work for the following week. He showed with his crew on time and finished on time. The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend TME construction.

Everything went well and he and his crew worked and conducted themselves as you would expect from a professional.

TME was great. Tony and his crew were great. Tony was very upfront and accurate on the estimate for the tiling of my kitchen floor and entry way and came in on budget . TME was flexible in scheduling the job. The craftsmanship was top notch. I am very happy with the results and follow through. I will use TME again in my future remodeling projects.

Met with the owner Tony on a Monday, he was straight foreword knowledgeable guy, discussed the project and gave me the bid. The following day he arrived with his crew for introductions and departed shortly after for another job, this was discussed at time of the bid, leaving his workers behind to do the work. They were professional, respectful and worked efficiently. I REALLY appreciate that the workers did not put any extra holes in the ceiling even though it would have made their job substantially easier ! Had no problems with the guys or the workmanship and felt the price was reasonable.

Tony answered my call for the absolute smallest handyman job possible. He fixed it in a flash, and at the best price known to mankind. Thanks Tony, I'll call you with a bigger project soon!

We selected TME after reading all of the great reviews, and they did not disappoint. After some extensive mold remediation work was performed in the kitchen and bathroom, Tony and his crew at TME came in and handled putting all of the pieces back together. This included replacing the drywall, subfloor, and patching holes in the exterior. I also had him prep the whole house for paint, and remove some built-in cabinetry. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and the work they did. Every time Tony said he would be there, his team would arrive ahead of time to make sure everything got done on time, and he always check on the work personally to make sure everything was done right. He was very available over the phone For a project that had a tight deadline, we couldn't have done it without TME.

Tony and his team did a great job remodeling our rundown old kitchen. He is a perfectionist and pays attention to the smallest of details. Every slight hiccup that our old house presented to us, Tony had an elegant and cost-effective solution to overcome it. For example, we couldn't bolt our IKEA cabinets to the ground because they had feet, so Tony created a toekick to hide them out of an unused end panel. Tony is very budget-conscious and despite some unforeseen obstacles (mold-infested drywall, unlevel floors and ceilings), still came in within budget and on schedule. TME has a lot of experience and I got the impression that they've seen everything so nothing really fazes them. They were out of the house before we got home everyday and were very respectful of our home, leaving the site clean and contained after every day. We would not hesitate to use Tony and his team again and plan on using TME for other household projects as well.

They showed up on time and discussed the work needing to be done, at that point discussed the options of how to approach the job. I will predicate my statement by stating in a prior career i worked in our family business as a contractor doing many painting jobs, I still have several contacts whom are painters and have a good measure as what a job of this size and nature should cost reasonably. In summary a quote of 6600.00 or so for the exterior freshening, trim repair and touch up painting, interior painting of a single color, normal touch up and patching usual to any occupied dwelling. For this price is way out of line for the square footage of 2200 sq ft. For all the unaware, painting in an industrial/commercial setting when doing blanket painting is almost always bid by sq ft. in this case we are talking 1.50 per sq ft for both interior and exterior. To put this in perspective most exterior painting is usually bid up to 1.10 per sq ft, but keep in mind that they are ONLY TOUCHING UP and some patching. The more alarming point if my memory serves me, they quoted 4400. for the interior painting which is 2.00 per sqt ft for a single color and not all the rooms need to be painted. So they arent painting the entire 2200 sq ft. I know these guys will pick thru this and will try and derail/debunked this position, so be it! I have requested they requote the job more accordingly, its been going on a week with no response. At the end of the day a bid for this job at 6600.00 is not only way out of line, it boarders on unethical. They may do great work, that ill never know because of the bad taste left in my mouth with my experience, but I will say this for CERTAIN, BEWARE and get multiple quotes prior to agreeing to any work they are bidding on.

I cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with Tony. I told him what I wanted to do with my new townhouse, as well as my desire to work on a tight budget. Tony gave me valuable input as he explained my options for working on a tight budget. His estimate for the work came in more than two thousand below my second lowest bid, and several thousand below the estimates of other contractors (all from Angie's List). He completed the work ahead of schedule without any additional costs. He and his crew did a great job, and I'm very pleased with my new home.

My best find on Angie's List!! Tony and his team are extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of home repair/remodel/construction. I use Tony for both personal and client based projects. His pricing structure is very reasonable and the quality of work is great! Tony and his team are the exception to the old adage of "If you want something done right...you have to do it yourself." This is not the case here. I'd much rather have TME take on my home construction needs. Highly recommend.
