It went very well. They missed replacing one closet light (I did too on the walk through) and when I discovered it Tony came out the next day to install. Hard to beat that.

Tony promptly returned my call and we set up a date and time for him to come and see what was required and to give me an estimate. That day, he ran into traffic on the way here and called me several times while on his way to apologize and update me on his ETA. After surveying the damage he explained to me what work was needed and emailed me an estimate that night. A day or two later ( I hadn't hired him yet ) he called me and said he'd been thinking about the fascia board project and came up with a solution that wouldn't cause me to hire a roofer after Tony's work was completed. He was going to have to tear up the edges of the roof to replace the 2 x 6 boards. He thought he could use a bondo product instead and just grind out, fill and sand the damaged areas instead of replacing the boards. I talked to several DIY friends about his suggestion and they all thought it was a great idea. Tony and his crew showed up on time and finished the work in less time than I imagined. They all behaved very professionally. The fascia boards looked brand new and the shed door looked just like the original one only it fit better and was attached more substantially . He also found and replaced parts of the shed frame that were damaged. They left the outdoor area where they worked cleaner than when they got there. They even cleaned up the accumulated leaves on the roof and in the gutter mounted to one fascia board. It was a thoroughly positive experience and I would definitely use TME again.

The provider was contacted in the late summer regarding this project. We did a walk through with Tony, who provided us with an estimate. Scheduling the work ran into some difficulties - family emergency for the tile guy - however Tony was extremely communicative regarding the delays involved. Once the work began, the professionalism of the crews involved were apparent. The work was completed inside a week. My wife is very happy with the quality of the work performed, and we have already scheduled for additional work from these men.

It was an awesome experience. They were on time and efficient. They answered my questions. I would definitely use them again.

There was an initial delay in getting the work started, however, once it was started it went very well. Tony and his team were very professional and friendly and I always felt like I was treated with honesty and respect. I really appreciated that they were always on time and completed the work in the estimated time frame. Tony was very responsive and consistently answered the many times I called with questions, and returned calls in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use TME Construction again when I do my kitchen remodel next year. .

Tony and his team turned up early as promised, and immediately got to work putting the framing together to enclose a refrigerator so we didn't have to see the back end from the dining room, and also patched a hole in the kitchen wall left by an old range. One of his other amazing workers simultaneously set to work replacing a dead sink disposal unit, and doggone if everything wasn't completed by lunchtime. Even though Tony knew that the wall was temporary, he treated the job as though it was a high-end permanent construction - in an earthquake, the whole house might fall down around me, but I'll bet that little wall will still be standing! Having had many beyond-depressing encounters with legions of contractors in my lifetime, there are no words to explain my joy at having found someone who is not only reasonably priced but has a phenomenal work ethic. We've already scheduled another job, to replace a skanky old bathtub, and I have no doubt that that job will go as smoothly and wonderfully as this one did. The only thing I regret is that Angie's List doesn't have an A+ option, because I would TOTALLY click it.

We are extremely pleased with the work Tony and his crew performed for us.. We had the entire interior of our house painted and new laminate flooring and carpeting put in. Each part of the team was on time, professional and extremely qualified. We will be recommending TME to all of our friends.

Al was done in 3 1/2 hours and made it look so good and blended with the wall and ceiling texture that you could not tell anything had been remodeled. It's beautiful. And Al was so courteous and professional. I will only call Al. I did get two other estimates. One for twice the price and one for the same price. I went with Al because, well, he just struck me as more tidy and professional. Glad I made the right choice.

The job went smooth and finished on time. He and his men encountered some plumbing problems but did the best job fixing them using high quality material. He kept me informed as to what was going on and I have never ever had a problem with Tony or any of his men or sub-constrators. I give him 10 stars!

I ask TME to come to provide kitchen & bathroom remodeling, crown molding and electrical works. Tony showed up 1 hour late for the appointment on Thursday and said he only needed to stay for 10 minute to give me an estimate. I was really taken back. He ended up staying longer than 10 minutes since I had lots lots of things that needed to be done. I already had list of things that need to be done and gave him. During our conversation, he told me, one of of the bathroom shower, he was not sure if it can be changed to shower from bathtub. He told me to call Building and Safety to without identifying myself and see if it can be done. I was puzzled by this. Since it is contractor's responsibility to know whether the shower can be installed or not. Nevertheless, I wanted to talk with city inspectors for the variety of things so I didn't mind to see whether what Tony said was valid. Because another thing Tony said was I need to install motion sensor for my LED light installed bathroom I didn't think this was true because my friend completed her entire condo remodeled in the same condo complex 9 months ago and her LED light fixtures did not require motion sensors. I figure I can verify this with city inspector. Sure enough, city inspector said as long as lights are energy efficient, I don't need to install motion sensors. When I told him, what the inspector said, he acted like he said I told you motion sensor was never needed as if he said something completely different. Tony is unreliable. He said he will provide the quote by Wed. But he never provided me the quote. I left him a voice mail on Thursday morning asking where is the quote and I needed 3 references, he never returned a call. He also changed his availability. On Thursday, he said he is available to work In December. When I called on Monday, he said he is not available to work until January. Without even giving me a any estimate, he demanded me to give him money upfront when I mentioned that my HOA needs to know what kind of plumbing work you are thinking of doing for shower so I need to see the estimate. He said he needs money or else he will not give any documents. I said I need an estimate and references for me to proceed further. I think this company has acted unprofessionally overall and very unsatisfied with the way they acted poorly.

They did a beautiful job and were polite and courteous. Part of the roof was sagging by two inches because the slab foundation had shifted. They raised the support and inserted a shim so the facia lines up perfectly. They painted the facia with the color we chose for them and cleaned everything up very neatly. Would use again.

Every nail head and gap along every edge was nicely filled with calk, then touched up with paint. Besides employing their finish carpentry skills, they were neat, punctual and worked with us to accomodate a few special requests. The job went very smooth, and in the end we love the new look of our living room. You won't regret hiring these guys.

Tony was great to work with and used to working with out of State owners. They worked around our tenants schedule which was a pain and they had to spread the job out over 4 weeks to accommodate our tenant. We would use Tony and his crew again for our other properties in CA.

We contracted TME Construction to install a dishwasher. TME's professionalism was obvious but not overstated. That is, he arrived on time and prepared, he knew what the h*** he was doing, but did not treat the homeowners like idiots. His dedication to completing the contracted work and leaving the homeowner with only the requested changes is enough of an endorsement but this contractor also manages the unexpected without that "cash register" sound in the background... CHA CHING! When he encountered some sketchy work performed by less ethical "contractors" he immediately sought a remedy (successfully) that left us better off without charging us a cent extra for the additional labor/materials involved. This is our second time using TME and we intend to have more work done by them and we would reccomend them to anyone that wants to hear an honest assemssment of their intended plan and then see it implemented without deviation and "unexpected" delays and expenses.

Couldn't have gone better. TME's Tony and his staff were a wealth of helpful information and went well beyond what most other contractors would do to ensure we had a clear understanding of the scope of the job. The project was completed on time and on budget, and we couldn't be happier with the results. TME's attention to detail is most impressive.

I interviewed countless contractors for my kitchen remodel. I knew what I wanted and I knew it didn't take a small fortune to knock out an old kitchen and put in an Ikea kitchen. It's amazing what some companies will try to put past you. Tony was the last contractor I interviewed and there is a reason for that, no BS and he knew what he was doing/talking about. It's rare. Tony and his team did a great job from start to finish. He charged me what he said he would and executed exactly what I asked. He also did this unsupervised while I was in another city. I would recommend him and his team whole heartedly.

We bought a new house and were having a washer & dryer delivered. In prepping the room, we discovered that the washer pan was cracked and there was dampness under it. We needed to get a new one in place before we could have the appliances delivered and installed. We called TME to ask if they could install a new washer pan and they came out right away. They didn't have a new pan with them when they came - my fault for not mentioning I didn't have one - I didn't have any idea which kind or size to purchase. So, w e did have to wait another week while they researched which pan to get, but they purchased the pan for us at a store and installed it very quickly and professionally. I'm really enjoying my new washer and dryer and couldn't be more pleased with their service.

I have never had a contractor to date that has been problem free until I found TME construction. I usually anticipate some disappointment in the improvement process. Tony and his crew impressed me at every turn. They were efficient, timely, trustworthy, accurate, courteous, and fast. They did what they said they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, and did the job for the price they said they would do it for. Amazing. This was a first for me. I even left the house while they were doing the work leaving them unsupervised by myself and found that I wasn't even close to being worried about my valuables. Another first for me. Tony the owner/contractor was on the job site the whole time managing the job. He is not one of those contractors who bids and accepts they responsibility and then you never see him again until its payday or turns around and sub contracts to another company. This was a class act and TME also came in less than the other bids. That was the icing on the cake. Be advised that Tony is quite the character but I enjoyed the time I spent with him and his crew very much. The members of his crew were also pros. I recommend him highly and needless to say that my kitchen and bath remodel I am scheduling to do will also be done by TME. I cant recommend them strongly enough. Don't even waste your time with the other contractors. I finally found a stand up contractor I can count on and trust. It only took the better part of twenty years as a home owner with income proprieties as well.

Tony did a fantastic job of providing an estimate and defining scope of work. There were some challenges in coordination of sub-contractors, but Tony worked hard through the issues to get the work completed on time and on budget. We ran into an issue wih the wall we wanted to relocate needing some structural support, permits, and modifications, but we worked through and got the work done. Tony puts the customer first and communicates the status and schedule at appropriate times. The work performed will be more worth more than double what the cost was in the equity gained in the house. Great job!!

I think this was really easy, I contacted TME over the internet and scheduled an appointment for an estimate in a couple of days. Once I received the estimate it took about a week and a half to actually get the work started. Very easy to set up.

We met, discussed the project, booked it and then they came out to do the job.I was very happy.

Tony and his crew are great to work with. This is the second job that Tony has done for us. His work is always excellent. He has good communication and quick service. He always does what he says he will do. When the job was done, he walked around the house with me to make sure that everything we wanted to do was completed. His crew is pleasant and professional. Next time we need work done, we will call him. Oh, and the price he gave us was well below the other two estimates that we got for the same job.

Tony and his crew were amazing! I really owe them big time considering the lateness of my review. Every person on his team was knowledgeable and very friendly. Ultimately, it was the quality of his specialized subcontractors, the quality of his team, and Tony's show-up-and-get-it-done attitude that made our remodel perfect. Not only do we love our kitchen but our 3/4 bathroom is now our primary bathroom (until we get a chance to revamp the old one). I personally do not believe there is another top-notch licensed contractor that is able to keep his costs low enough to be a win-win for both sides.

Our experience with TME Construction was by far the BEST experience we have EVER had with a contractor. My husband and I purchased our first home a little over 2 years ago. Having purchased our home from a company specializing in flipping properties we were quickly thrown into the woes of home ownership, due to a myriad of electrical, plumbing and roofing issues. This resulted in having to deal with contractors for the first time in our lives. Over the past 2 years we have dealt with poor workmanship, a lack of professionalism, total disrespect of our time, over charging ... and the list goes on. TME was everything the other contractors were not; TME was punctual, professional, personable, experienced and best of all extremely knowledgeable about all things construction. Tony the owner, is so very sincere and the love of his work is very apparent. His team was also very professional and friendly. We had several estimates before selecting TME; we chose them not only because they quoted the best price and didn't even charge us for changing out the light fixtures (Hellloooo, who does that????, TME that's who!) The main reason we selected TME was because there was an obvious sense of integrity and pride in ownership. Tony first came out for an estimate, he showed up with a big smile and on time, he said he would e-mail me an estimate the next day and sure enough he did. Once the work was agreed upon he kept his appointment and even arrived early. Unfortunately the dishwasher we had previously purchased from a family member did not fit our space so we were unable to have it installed. They did replace the garbage disposal and switched out one light fixture and installed a new one. The new light fixture, although absolutely FABULOUS, :) was a bit of bear to install, the TME team took it in stride and not only shined it up for me but touched up the paint around the fixture. TME worked quickly, and did EXCELLENT work, they cleaned up after themselves, cleaning the floors in the areas they worked and disposing of trash. Tony also gave us the exact dimensions of the dishwasher we need to purchase, making it much easier to order the correct appliance. The dishwasher had to be special ordered and when it arrives TME will be our contractor for the job and any other jobs we have in the future. Trust is huge when you are dealing with your home and making some of the most expensive expenditures we are likely to make. Having a knowledgeable and trust worthy contractor is extremely comforting. After calling several places and getting quotes, I called TME Construction, and Tony picked up the phone right away and was able to give me an estimate and exact information about scheduling the work to be done. His prices were very competitive and based on his professionalism and reviews on Angie's list he got the job.One of Tony's carpenters, Robert (the main carpenter) and his brother arrived right on time to start the work. As they began, Robert discussed any options that came up and helped us make informed decisions on how to proceed. The work performed was done in a business-like and timely manner, with great attention to detail and getting the work done correctly. They worked neatly and made sure that they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day as well. They spoke intelligently and with a real knowledge of what they were doing. It was evident that they were true professionals. I also appreciated the fact that they did not use foul or profane language and were of high character.I will definitely use TME Construction in the future and highly recommend them.
