TME Construction is a life saver! We're new home owners with busy schedules and I was so happy to find these guys: So many little things pop up when you're getting settled in a new place, no job is too small, and they always manage to fit us in to their schedule. Super great service, excellent response time, and real piece of mind! We're so happy to have found TME on Angie's list, give Tony a call!

They arrived on time both days. Told me I already had insulation in outsidewalls and I insisted they replace it anyway because it was 1967 original insulation. They seemed to not see the need but I insisted on the new insulation. They had to apply several coats of heavy duty special primer in Front bedroom because of Black and Red walls. They also had difficulty with the bright pink closet in the back bedroom. This is what I hired them to do but they didn't seem to like doing it. They did not clean up very well after them selves every day they were here, or before they left when the job was finshed. I had a lot of dust and dirt and shoe prints on my new light carpet that I had to have cleaned after they left. They didn't order the closet doors when they started the job so they had to come back at least a week later to install them. At that time they complained about how the carpet was installed over the old closet door block on the floor. They did remove the block and put down the track over the carpet where they had to cut a slit to remove the block but they complained about having to do it. I have never had workers complain more about the specific work I hired them to do. I will not be using them again just because of the complaints they made while working. The job itself was very adequate and after I had the rooms painted everything looked very good. I feel they were a little expensive for what they actually did.

The atrium came out great.The price was what I expected and was fair for the job. The guys who came out and did the work were great! They were very nice and professional. The only challenge was a scheduling screw up which caused the project to have to be rescheduled. But overall good.

Everything has been A service. He does quality work. He's on time. I got a hold of him right away but it was a little hard to tie down to a time because he's been so busy. Once I did, he came out right away. He called me before for confirmation and I haven't had one bit of problem with him.

Tony and his crew arrived on time. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. They worked fast, and cleaned up after they were done. We've are using them again for another project.

Wow! To say I was impressed would be a gross understatement. The owner, Tony, arrived punctually each and every time we were set to meet. He was always professional and friendly and listened to what I had to say. The property involved is a townhouse rental unit. I contacted 5 different contractors (including TME) and Tony was the ONLY one who understood what it meant to have a rental unit as opposed to it being a primary residence. All the other contractors came up with extremely elaborate and expensive suggestions for the townhouse. Tony gave me the most realistic and reasonable bid. Then the work began. He promised the job would be done by the end of September and he didn't disappoint. His crew came in and worked like crazy to get the job done. But it wasn't just to finish the job, it was to do it right. The best part is, I didn't have to call them back to correct anything. It was all done correctly the first time. Kudos to Tony and his amazing crew!

Came in on time. Job done super fast. Very decently priced. Pleasant to deal with.

The work went very well. Demolition was done, then rebuilding and stucco, plus a new roof piece on the wall section.

It went well; It took a little longer than we'd hoped, but once the work got scheduled, it all went well. They found the leak in the upstairs tub plumbing and repaired it, and they created an access panel so that if it ever happened again, we can reach the valves. On top of the work described, We also had broken glass in a french door that could not be replaced without replacing the whole door panel (long story, but single molded unit). Tony gave us quote to replace the door (expensive), but then the glass/door team that he works were able to find the original mfgr and got us a single panel, that was a 1/3 of the originally quoted price. Tony happily stepped aside and told us to take the less expensive route. Good work.

Tony is great! We were selling our condo and the buyer had a list of several minor repairs she wanted including some bathroom maintenance: re-sealing the toilets and cleaning the 3 exhaust fans. I felt like the job was too small, but Tony fit us in and came over to take care of everything! He had our fans sparkling in no time and the buyer was really happy. I'm sure I'll be calling him when we get to our new house, and you should too!

I just had a really great experience working with TME! Tony was very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me a very reasonable bid and sent a team of painters that really did a fantastic job. I added on to the job when I asked to have the brick fireplace, that goes all the way up to the 20 foot ceiling, painted white. They took it in stride and even though the high ceiling made it impossible to spray, they primed and painted it all by hand! All the details in the paint job, which included a closet, four doors, all the ceilings and all the baseboards, were painted cleanly and perfectly. My living room walls had been a burnt orange and the new color is a light beige, so up to three coats were necessary and I was not charged extra. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and will definitely call them again!

I called Tony to get an estimate for a cinder block wall repair. Tony told me that his guys that do that work were very busy and would not be available for several weeks and I had tighter time constraints. Tony called me back a few hours later and said he knew someone that was available and that he recommended. Joe of Nordic Consulting and Construction. He asked Joe to call me and he did just minutes later. I did have Nordic Consulting do the work and I am very pleased with the results (see my review of Nordic Consulting). I want to thank Tony for his unselfish professionalism. Many contractors would have said they were too busy and that would be that. Tony took the time to help me find someone who could help. Tony didn't maike a dime on the project. It very refreshing to see that there are still some contractors that care about their clients.

Tony from TME - first came an hour late than the agreed upon time.Then did a quick 2 minute evaluation and promised to send an estimate. It has been 10 days but we have not got an estimate as yet. In addition - the attitude was very arrogant - specially surprising was the comment " I am #1 contractor in Angies List and hence I will be priced higher than others " this to me is surprising - Angies List is supposed to be a referral site and not a popularity contest. Also good reviews here should not translate to higher prices.

5 months later, we are still very pleased with the beautiful shower doors AND no more leaking! We plan to hire TME Construction for other jobs around the house, including painting and flooring.

First I need to make two points clear. I am retired Plant Operations Director and have experience in all of the major trades, no one can snow me. TME Construction is very busy so do not expect them drop what they are doing to come give you and estimate the next day, mine took nearly two weeks which in my case was ok. The BONUS here is........... the wait is worth it! After reading all of the posts from other clients I found what they said to be true to the Tee. Tony, returned my calls promptly and we set up an appointment to do a job walk. The other contractor wanted to replace ALL of my fascia boards around the house, he thought he could snow me. With no mention of the prior contractor Tony and I did a job walk and some rudimentary testing of the wood around the house and found as I knew, not all needed replacing! We came to a deal that day without even a price at that point............ I knew I could work with him and that he is a pro. The next day the emailed estimate came in, once read I called him and got a start date, again............ about a week out. The two days they were we meet the entire crew, NOTE: his crew, no day labor's, all men are his regular full time staff and Tony was here on site too running the crew. They arrived right on time, clean, and conducted themselves as professionals. They cleaned up daily and stayed in touch through the course of the day with their progress to jobs end. YES....... would would hire them again in the blink of an eye! PS: Coming from the trades myself and understanding the needs of men in field we have always chosen to: Provide soda's and bottled water, a restroom for their needs and I believe there in total were 8-9 men here for two days and the bathroom was left SPOTLESS as it had been given to them. Consider these opinions.............. people treat with respect do a better job, wouldn't you? John P.

Tony was really helpful and very reasonably priced. He and his guys worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterward really nicely. I'll definitely be using them again! The estimate was so much lower than everyone else's I was a little surprised, but the quality of work and their professionalism was completely excellent. Tony always called to let me know when he was approaching my house so that I could be ready to meet him there (I had to leave work to be there). Great!

This job was a little more involved then I thought, but then what do I know. First of all I bought a sink that wasn't the right size, it was close, but a little off, these guys were able to make it work in the space. It looks great, works great. I'm very pleased. When I redo my bathroom I will differently give these guys a call.

This is the third time I have used Tony and his team. TME did all the Mill-guard windows in my home as well as remodeling my kitchen. The new bathroom turned out great. I'm a bit of a controller and so is Tony which makes any remodel difficult. To tell the truth 90% of the contractors on the market today I fire or they fire me because I demand attention to detail. What I like about TME is they catch the details before I can even find them. The proof in the pudding is TME will be doing my next bathroom and any other work I need on my home for as long as they are in business. You get what you pay for and although TME is not the least expensive the value of knowing the job will be handled, done well, on budget, on time, and with trustworthy staff is measurable. I rarely comment on contractors unless I'm really impressed. That being said.... If you don't hire TME I question your ability to think clearly.

The commencement of work was somewhat delayed as a result of backordering the Pergolla kit. However as soon as the kit came in, Tony's crew showed up and in 3 days (in the heat), they had the Pergolla installed and painted. Tony then installed an outdoor fan and light in the Pergolla and the necessary electrical. His crew also repaired our fire table by replacing a part of the top and the tile. Tony and his crew did an excellent job and I would use then again in a heartbeat!

On time, very fast clean and courteous ! Work done with high level of skill and professionalism . I will call Tony if I need any help in the future, on most any home related work. He gave me a referral for a plumber that will come in handy as well. Just all around happy to have used TME for these repairs !

An animal, or possibly several animals, (we think it was an opossum) was somehow getting into our attic in the middle of the night, making a ton of noise (scratching and scraping), then would leave the attic sometime before the sun came up. I left a message for Tony and he called back promptly, and thankfully he was able to squeeze us into his schedule within two days, as we were eager to take care of this problem ASAP. He arrived promptly, he determined how and where the animal was getting in, and he permanently sealed up any possible entry points so that the animal could no longer gain access to our attic. Tony was quick and efficient and did quality work...we are very pleased. We haven't had any more problems with animals getting into our attic since he fixed the problem.

Tony was fabulous. He showed up right on time, got the job done exactly as promised and left everything spotless. The property line was closer than he thought, so he had to drill down through some brick so that the new fence posts were precisely in the location of the old fence posts, but he made it work. Half the fence had already been replaced, and he matched the other half for quality and look. Then when he was done, he carefully reattached the trellises and plants to the fence and left everything pristine. Nice job!

Tony flat out rocks. TME did a complete remodel of my small 1947 kitchen/laundry combo. His team oversaw the demo, drywall, electrical, floor removal & new subfloor, plumbing, IKEA cabinet install, countertops, painting & plumbing. Every trade person Tony brought in was professional, on time and made sure the job site was clean after every visit. I was impressed at everyone's professionalism and attention to getting the details right. You could tell they took pride in their craftsmanship which as a homeowner, was greatly appreciated. Tony went the extra mile to make my challenged budget work & that meant the world to me. There were no surprises and he always kept me informed throughout the entire process. Note: the total of $9k did not include the cost of the cabinets, countertop, flooring, appliances new electrical panel or stucco work. My final total came closer to about $25k. Tony did however oversee the hiring of all crew needed and each were artists in their own right. Most impressively, Tony kept to the budget & deserves an award for doing so. His crew followed suit, always going out of their way to make sure things were replaced where I wanted them & making sure I was happy with the way things were being done. That type of professionalism goes miles with me. I would recommend TME Construction & any of his crew in a heartbeat. The results speak for themselves and I could not be more thrilled. If you want it done right the first time, call Tony. His experience & attention to detail is invaluable. I won't hesitate to refer him or call him again for any future projects.

The provider arrived on time and was very pleasant. He surveyed the work space and under the house access for the electrical service to be performed. He provided me an estimate for the work. This provider did not do the work, because my old handyman was able to do it.
