I Called them up for an appointment and i told them when i was available so they worked around my schedule to set a date for me. They were on time and the men were very polite they wasted no time and got to work. They installed faucets to my bathroom and fixed my fans i was tired hearing-- they were very noisy. I was very happy for the job they did whenever i need some help i know to call this company they were great.

I requested a proposal using TME's website contact form. Tony called that evening and we set an appointment for that weekend. Tony arrived on time. I had prepared scale drawings that I used to walk him through the project. Tony grasped everything quickly, making helpful suggestions where appropriate. He pointed out a few issues that I had not anticipated. A previous contactor had considered a crawlspace framing problem to be substantial, but Tony described a more efficient and economical solution, which we adopted. Tony delivered his estimate by e-mail the following evening. Impressed with his knowledge, attitude and fair bid, we accepted his proposal. Because of previously scheduled work, he estimated that he could start in about six weeks. He managed, however, to fit our relatively small project into a brief hiatus and instead started two weeks earlier than predicted. Tony and his crew arrived early on the agreed day. Within minutes, power tools were set up and the house was alive with activity. I have never seen a remodeling crew work so diligently. After laying down a pad to protect the existing floor, they completed all of the demolition, framing and wiring on the first day. The second day, sheetrock. Third day, mud and taping. Fourth day, painting. Tony's preliminary time estimate was two weeks for the project. It was finished in one week. I second all of the laudatory comments in the other reviews. Whenever a project issue arose, Tony promptly called to discuss it. He kept us informed of the work's progress and what to expect next. He answered our own questions honestly and understandably. Tony and each of his workers were punctual, clean, meticulous, friendly, cooperative, respectful and in all other ways professional. I am thrilled to have found a remodeling contractor of his capability and integrity. I already have hired him for our next project.

Suspended concrete porch framing was rotted out and required removal and replacement. The extent of the damage was discovered in the middle of replacing the concrete. The deck is over 180 sq. ft. and the cement contractor had to stop in the middle of planned work for the framing repairs to be done. When Tony arrived to estimate the job, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and skill at evaluating and explaining exactly what needed to be done. Also he understood the urgency to get the repairs done quickly without my having to make an issue of that. Tony made a special effort to get our job scheduled. The crew arrived on time and completed the extensive tear out and replacement in a little over half a day. TME is very efficient and professional and I would not hesitate to ask them to work on my home in the future.

They were very nice. They seemed to do more than they were capable. Did some door locks. They were timely and were able to fix the problems.

Tony jr. and Corey were consummate professionals. They finished the job on time and on budget. They fixed the issues with a thorough knowledge of contracting principles. Tony's father did an excellent job preparing the estimate and coordinating the work. Highly recommend TME for both small and large contracts.

Tony and his crew were always on time, they were very nice and very clean. It was a painless process with a BEAUTIFUL outcome! Tony went above and beyond the call of duty. I wish I knew about TME Construction when I remodeled my other bathroom.

Tony was right on time for the estimate and very responsive to all of our correspondances thereafter. When the job started, the crew was efficient and very neat at the end of each day. The garage laundry room was taken down and the garage walls dry walled all around, and the electrical and plumbing were moved to the proper locations. No complaints there! Tony's quote for the garage job was actually $1000 less than another quote we got. The bar area in the kitchen was also demo'd and Tony and his crew had to refinish the areas where gaps were left. They had to patch with wood and try to get the stain as close as possible to match the surrounding honey oak wood stained floors and cabinets. We understand this to be difficult but overall the results were above what we expected. The hard wood floors that were patched match pretty well, just the surface is rougher than the surrouding hardwood floor. There were some minor details that were missed, like several holes left on the side of a cabinet, but nothing we can't patch up ourselves. Tony let us know that the job was actually more than what he thought we had agreed on, but that he would keep to the quote.

Tony and his team delivered once again for our home improvement needs. It's great to know that we have a contractor we can trust whenever we need a professional, punctual, high quality, thorough job done. If you shop around, you might be able to find someone to do the job for less, but it will certainly not be to the same quality. You can also find someone to complete the work at a higher cost. You don't need to pay more with TME Construction. We will definitely be calling TME again for our next project. We already began discussions on what needs do to be done next for our home. Tony and his workers were on time for both the estimate and the job. Work was done quickly and area was cleaned up. Very professional company.

TME did some quick fixes on our condo. They we're prompt, courteous and got the requested jobs done quickly. Tony and his crew were all pleasant to work with. I would hire them again.

It went the best of all work I have had completed for me. Tony and his crew were on time and on budget , actually they were just under budget. This is all a show of great leadership and communications. I have shown the work to all of our friends and they were all impressed with the finish and craftsmanship.

We had new soapstone countertops installed, subway tile backsplash and replaced stove top, sink and faucet. Tony has a great team. Always showed when they said they would and would quickly come back if anything needed tweaking or fixing. Tony is a super busy guy, and it shows when you talk to him, but it doesn't matter when the work is top rate. Would definitely use him again.

Service was excellent. At a very reasonable price. Prompt and efficient.

Tony and team are the best - this is the second time I've hired them. They came out on time and knocked out the work in half a day. These guys swarm in and get the job done quickly without sacrificing any quality. If there's anything I need done around the house, TME will always be my first choice.

We met, he provided an estimate for things that needed to be fixed, i accepted most of them. he said he would call back to schedule a time on Sunday (tuesday now), no response. These issues were needed to be resolved quickly, so this was a huge waste of time.

I met with Tony (who showed up right on time) to tell him what I wanted done. I was to move into my new home in one week and I wanted to have my ceilings painted and a ceiling fan installed before hand and Tony made it happen. My ceiling looks amazing and they even edged it for me. Whoever had painted it before did a very shoddy job of it...and TME made it look perfect. The ceiling fan was installed and looks/works great. I could not be happier with TME and I would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again!

They were very nice but I didn't use them. I thought the price was a little on the high side but they assured me that the quality of the work was worth it. I believed them but I was looking for something that was a little less expensive for what I was trying to do.He was very professional and came on time. It was a very pleasant experience. They were great. They were very responsive.

I just relocated to the area, purchased my home, and wanted a sizable amount of work done prior to move in...on relatively short notice. Tony came by one evening, talked me through the details, made some smart recommendations and provided a fair estimate. His team started on schedule, was totally professional, and even worked through the weekend to get everything done inside the promised timeline. Tony was always accessible to answer questions/provide updates...that was very important to me. The job turned out great, I am very pleased. I have an upcoming kitchen remodel, TME will be my first phone call....

Since my wife and I decided not to use a general contractor it was extremely difficult to juggle the timing for all the contractors. Fortunately, Tony was extremely flexible with his times which made it much easier for us. The first visit, his son came and demo'd the bathroom. On the second visit, Tony and his crew came and moved the gas line in the kitchen. On the third visit, Tony and his crew installed the dishwasher, the oven, the hood range, the undermount lighting in the kitchen (not part of the original agreed upon work), the bathroom vanity, and toilet. They worked quickly and best of all...they CLEANED UP! Finally, when requested, Tony and his wife send my wife and I an invoice for the work to be done. The quality of TME Construction's work was top-notch. To maintain to the integrity of the Angie's List website, I do have one criticism. He can be condescending when talking to customers. I chalk this up to the fact that he is 1) a native of New York (sorry for the stereotyping but it tends to be true) and 2) he's been doing construction for over 25 years. Just remember Tony not everyone knows construction. That's why we hired you...the expert. However, this would definitely not deter me from hiring TME Construction in the future nor should it deter any other Angie's List subscribers as well.

We love that TME is a family owned and operated business. You can tell that the customer is really important to Tony, from the first phone call to making sure the gate was closed as he left. His attention to detail and his quality of work is top notch. We highly recommend Tony and TME Construction. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!

First off, this review is WAY overdue. Worth the wait I hope. TME did some work for me earlier in the year, and I needed some work done after a new floor was installed. The painters arrived first, and were absolutely fantastic. All top notch. Got all the baseboards cleaned up for me - without drop cloth, and not a drip of paint. I would never had known I had them in, except the baseboards looked great. After that Tony and company came over and, literally, earthquake bolted 10 pieces of furniture down in an hour. And again, I'd never had known they'd been there. TME is a little more expensive than some, but they are well worth it. These guys do a great job and clean up like they were never there.

I've been an Interior Designer for 15 years and have worked with many contractors during that time, but Tony is by far the best I've ever worked with. He and his crews are punctual, professional, knowledgeable and leave your home as clean as when they arrived. I definitely look forward to working with him in the future!

The project went very well! Tony and his crew arrived on time, completed my fireplace and entry remodel as discussed and cleaned up the project site before they left for the day. I felt extremely comfortable with the crew in my house and found communication with them to be a breeze. I plan to call TME Construction again for future projects!

We couldn't have been more impressed with Tony and his team of skilled experts. When Tony came for the initial quote, I was thinking to have the cabinets refinished as I heard that was more economical and we were on a strict budget. Tony advised we should go with brand new and he could do it cheaper than refacing and within our budget. Once we got started, we needed to pick out the cabinets and decide on general look, where Tony offered guidance on what was a good idea or otherwise. Once the work commenced, it was an impressive thing to watch as we also wanted to accomplish within an extremely aggressive timeline of under 3 weeks start to finish. Day 1, - Tony and team arrived on time and had our appliances on a protective cover for our flooring and removed everything else in the kitchen, plus did complete clean-up and removal in under 2 hours. Day 2- We brought in an outside electrician (not from Tony's crew) we have a relationship with, to add and move electrical. Day 3 and 4- The drywall expert came and patched over 30 holes (most created by prior electrical work and/or preexisting behind the cabinets. Once again, on time and highly professional. Meticulous in his work, he made sure the little stuff was taken care. Day 6 and 7- Painters came, on time, and they not only painted the kitchen, but adjoining wall we wanted and two bedrooms that we had added on to our deal. Day 9- The cabinet builders arrived, on time and did what we thought was impossible. They put together and installed the new cabinets in under one day. If you had seen the amount of boxes, you'd understand why we thought this was not possible. They looked fantastic!! Day 10- Tony and crew arrived to sheet over new cabinets in prep for countertop measurements. They built out a special breakfast nook and cocktail table that we love and really enhances the overall look and usability. They were flexible and creative in approach to help us create what we envisioned. Day 11- The professional from the fabrication Co arrived to measure for countertops, we had already picked out the granite we wanted and this gentlemen measured and worked with us on making sure all the details were as we wanted from edging to how things came together. We have a lot of funky areas due to the old configuration and he helped normalize many of those. Day 17- Countertops arrive! They are gorgeous. The installers came on time and worked throughout the day placing making them fairly seemless despite the amount of different cuts we ordered. Day 18- Tony and his crew of 6 this time arrive for the finishing touches, they install lights and a range hood that if it weren't for Tony and his creativity might not have worked. He made some adjustments that helped make it the right height, where per the basic installation couldn't be done. They touched up all areas and finalized some painting details. In addition we had a side project of rotting eves that he accomplished. They placed all our appliances back and then proceeded to clean the area in detail. Throughout the process, Tony was in constant communication. After any of his network of professionals came, he would call and inquire our satisfaction and advise next steps and timelines. He addressed all concerns promptly. There was never a time I could not reach him on a moments notice. While he had some other larger jobs in the works, he treated us and ours as just as important. He and his team really seemed to care about their work and helping us achieve our dream kitchen in this place on the very limited budget we outlined. Despite greater complexity on some items, Tony honored the deal he had made us. I would use Tony and TME construction again.

Tony & crew were extremely helpful and focused on making me happy every step of the way. It's no wonder they are busy we many satisfied clients! I will definitely use their services again and recommend to all my friends & family. I was amazed how they were able to complete all the jobs in just two days while maintaining such high quality and the best customer service I've ever experienced from a contractor and construction/painting crew. Tony (the owner) called us a couple days later to make sure everything is still good and when I told him we discover a couple minor issues (which was totally understandable), he and one of his crew came back the very next day to take care of it. While getting work done on your house can often be an inconvenience, especially when many companies don't complete the jobs in consecutive days, TME Construction made it painless. I highly recommend them for any job they're willing to do, which seems like practically anything.
