Everything went according to plan. Workers showed up promptly and Tony, the owner, provided updates on the progress. The project was slated to be done in 3 days. The patio cover was completed as scheduled but the roofer, TME's subcontractor, who had to put the sheeting and water proof was not available to Friday morning. Work was perfect.

He fixed the cabinet perfectly.

Tony is awesome. Fun, responsive and professional. I'd had nothing but issues with contractors promising me the world and then failing to even return a phone call, let alone do work. TME changed all that though! Tony is highly responsive, and always returns calls and emails. He was quick to turn around a detailed quote, and while he is super busy, he always made me feel like a priority! TME isn't the very cheapest option out there, but pricing is very fair, you get what you pay for, and they do great work! Every sub that Tony sent us was top notch. All arrived on time, ready to work, and put in a full day, often with limited supervision. From drywall to tile to cabinet installation to stucco, we had a number of Tony's guys work on our job, and couldn't have been happier with each of them. Tony always followed up with me to make sure that I was happy with whatever was done. Once there was an issue where one of his subs didn't show up as planned, and he quickly resolved it by coming out the next day to do the work himself. Highly recommend TME.

Fast and neat. They were literally done in 45 minutes, ripping out old door frame and installing a new one including all the hardware and moldings.

Everything went like clockwork right from our very first contact with Tony. He was prompt when he came out to give us an estimate (yes, he actually showed up!) and was very knowledgeable and informative. He addressed all of our questions and concerns and was very responsive to follow up questions I emailed to him. Tony followed through on all appointments and was very professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the quality of the work he and his assistants performed. He offered great suggestions and some ways to save money. After the work was completed, Tony contacted me to make sure I was pleased with everything. Couldn't be happier with Tony and TME Construction! I will definitely call upon him again when I need more work to be done.

In the world of construction in LA you almost never get what you pay for but that is not the case with Tony and the TME team. These guys are the real deal. They installed everything to the highest standard and did it fast! Best money I have spent on this whole house. I only wish they weren't so busy so I could hire them for more work.

I called TME Construction, Inc. for a free estimate regarding a small out door patio that either needed decking or cement work. Tony called me back and we set an appointment for Monday, June 1, 2015, at 5:00 pm. At around 3:30 pm on that Monday I stepped into my shower. While I was in the shower Tony called and left me a message saying he was available earlier and wanted to come by before 5:00 pm. When I got out of the shower around 4:00 pm, I heard my phone signaling. So, I wrapped myself in a towel and walk out into my living room to pick up my phone. As I'm listening to his message, I turn around and notice that there is a van in my driveway, probably close enough to see in through the mirrored front door. It's Tony. Here I am with my hair wet and no clothes on, and this stranger is sitting in my driveway. I called him on the phone and he said he would wait until I was dressed, but now I have to hurry and throw myself together. I'm not a guy! I have to blow dry my hair, etc.! I felt his just coming by whenever he wanted to was very aggressive and it made me uncomfortable.I'm a woman home alone at the time, and it can be scary. I was together enough to go outside by 4:30 pm and we went into my backyard to discuss my project. Long story short is that I never received an estimate.We discussed installing a composite deck and Tony said he would email me an estimate by that following Wednesday. He never took any measurements. I asked him, and he told me he's been doing this long enough to be able to 'eyeball' it. It is now Thursday night and I have never received an estimate. Not good! Not good at all...

Received a few quotes from several companies on Angie's list. I don't know if they thought I was an idiot or if they were idiots, verbally quoting me prices of up to $8,000 to move a 10ft wall out 3 ft and claiming that the job would require 3-7 days.Tony was/is my hero. He came, assessed, and unlike the others went back to his office and emailed an estimate citing everything that would be done. He estimated 2-3 days for completion. On the first day, Tony arrived before 9 and completed what he had to do in record breaking time, drywall and door installation were completed the following day by his drywall specialist.Total time taken was 2 days. To merely say that Tony is skilled at what he does would be a misrepresentation, he is knowledgeable, competent, and a master of his trade. In addition a true customer service professional and excellent team leader and coordinator. What more can I say? I am so thoroughly impressed.

Tony and his team are great. They're friendly. easy going and honest. I loved these guys and will use them again in the future when we remodel our kitchen and bathroom. Thanks guys!

TME had the almost impossible task of working with a customer (me) who just had a horrendous remodeling experience with a prior contractor. They went above and beyond what most would expect a company to do to deliver a top quality kitchen remodel and to restore our faith in contractors! When Tony from TME walked into our kitchen the first time, I'm sure he realized right away that we had been through a very bad experience with a cut-rate contractor. Most contractors would have simply walked walked away, in order to avoid a huge hassle; but thankfully, Tony had mercy on us and agreed to provide us with an estimate, etc. Here is an example of how upright this company is: We first contacted TME for an estimate in October of 2014, but we were still trying to figure out what to do; and before we could figure it all out, we were approaching Thanksgiving! It happened to be our year to host Thanksgiving dinner, and here we were without a working kitchen!! TME TO THE RESCUE! TME offered to install our old stove, which was still sitting out in the garage, and hook up our kitchen sink--just in time for pie baking. **Note** We had yet to even sign a contract with them; and even after we did eventually go with them, they never asked for any compensation for that labor! Because the previous company did not provide us with the quality kitchen they had promised; we were very reluctant to trust anyone. Tony had to practice a HUGE amount of patience with us throughout the entire remodel. He was probably on the phone to us more than any other client! Right away, we realized that, when we had a question or concern; we were not dismissed or argued with--instead, Tony would be right there to address the concern and would quickly deal with it in a positive way. When it came to selecting materials for the kitchen, TME provided us with top rate design help. When we didn't find exactly what we liked at the first place, they cheerfully suggested another. Additionally, when we finally found what we liked, and the price was a bit more than we wanted to pay, they searched until they found yet another company they trusted where the price was more reasonable. We ended up with the most beautiful counter top imaginable, fabricated and installed perfectly. Everyone TME had come into our home to work on our kitchen did a top-rated job, and Tony was there every step of the way to see to it that it was done correctly. At one point, I noticed an extra hole had been drilled into one of the cabinet doors; and by the time I talked to Tony about it, the person who accidentally drilled the hole had already ordered a brand new door to replace it! We cannot say enough good about this company! We have a beautiful kitchen, and all the bad karma from the cut-rate contractors is gone! We highly recommend TME and will definitely be calling on them again for our future remodeling needs.

Tony and his guys did an outstanding job. I had been given a quote by two other guys of between $3000 to $5000 to repair/ replace our window due to a leak and drywall damage due to leak ( it was a very large window). Tony came out and evaluated the situation and determined that the windows exterior seal just needed to be repaired. With that and the repair of the drywall, he fixed it fir a fraction of the cost if the two other quotes. I was so happy with his work that I had him come out a do additional work for me. In fact I'm planning on him doing more work for us next month.

Tony, his son and help were great. They worked fast and did a great job.

It couldn't have gone better! Even when things didn't go exactly to plan (not TME's fault - original flooring with a different contractor was discontinued), TME worked with me quickly to find an acceptable solution. SO professional - excellent, quality work. I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!

Quick, hassle free, professionals - I sent pictures of what needed to be done. - They sent a quote. - We agreed on scheduled appointment. - They arrived early and got the job done quickly. - I paid the price they quoted. Now, I'm making a list of other bigger jobs I want them to do.

We had a really great feeling about TME Construction right off the bat when Tony came to our home to survey the work requested. We received our estimate in a timely manner and felt it was more than fair. Tony and his crew started a few days later, and not only were they on time the first day on the job, they were actually early. Their professional carried on throughout the entire job. Tony is very hands on in the day to day operation of his business. He was on site almost every day with his crew, and if we had any questions, he was always available by phone. We never called him once and had him not pick up. He was always readily accessible. The finished job looks INCREDIBLE to say the least. TME truly are professionals in every aspect. I should note that TME is a family business. Tony works with his sons and brothers and friends, and it really shows in their work. They look like they're enjoying themselves as they work, and they are fun to be around. So in a nutshell, not only would we hire them again, we are hiring them again. We are moving on to Phase 2 of our remodel with TME next week.

Tony has done a few jobs for us now and he is always on time and honest. He told me the job would take two days and Tony and his crew were in and out of here in about a day and a half. We had a problem with the switch that didn't want to work and Tony's son came right out that night and fixed it right away without any problems. As general contractor, framed closets, brought in a drywaller , painters and closet door installers. These closets have really simplified our lives and we are requesting a bid on two more jobs. All the contractors were friendly and helpful.

It went very well. Al, the drywall professional showed up on time and did the work in a prompt and professional manner. I think with painting you will not be able to see where the damage occurred. My only gripe was the price, but you get what you pay for and I needed a very specific knock down texture matched. I would definitely use Tony and Al again in a heartbeat.

Tony came by on Friday morning with his crew. I had taken the day off of work so I was able to be present during the entire process. He came out to assess the situation and made it clear that the previous contractors had done a poor job and that re-doing the roof eaves would be difficult. Tony did a great job working with me at each step of the way making sure the new roof was looking the way I wanted it. They even leveled it out a bit more so the new roof construction is even better than we expected! We were not sure if it was possible to re-do the roof eaves and get them to be exactly what we wanted. Tony had a great iterative process with us - at each step of the way he would try a technique and have us take a look. Each step he communicated clearly the tradeoffs we would have to make for what we wanted. His crew also double checked his assumptions and offered other possibilities. The roof was originally in bad shape so they had to get creative on how to fix it. In the end we got exactly what we wanted and they were able to finished that same afternoon. Tony and his crew were fun to work with and they did not leave until we were satisfied. I would definitely use him again for any future construction needs.

Working with Tony (TME Construction) and his team was a great experience!. Tony keep in contact with me throughout the project, always keeping me up to date on who was coming to the house, when they would be there and work was to be done. From day one, the team showed up on time, removed my entire kitchen in under 2 hours cleaned up the mess and hauled everything away. Within days, the plumbing, air conditioning, electrical and a gas line were all moved and or updated as needed to accommodate the slight change in layout and new appliances. Then drywall, priming, and painting were completed in no time. Most of the materials needed for the job had already been purchased so Tony was able to coordinate the installation of everything in the correct order. Everything went as planned for the most part. We had some delays along the way, it was recommended that I have a special moisture barrier laid before installing my bamboo floor to keep them from being damaged which was greatly appreciated. I miscalculated and needed an additional granite slab, but worked out well because with the excess was used to replace the counter tops in three bathrooms. You don't realize how many little things are involved in these types of projects until the installation process begins. Tony and his team have done a lot of these types of renovations so when I would ask for their advice or opinion based on their expertise it was so nice to get a straight, honest answer. New cabinets, flooring, LED lighting on dimmers, pendant lighting, installation of all the appliances, installation of a beautiful garden window, granite counter tops, faucet, garbage disposal, backsplash all installed beautifully. In the adjacent family room, the flooring continued into this room, installed LED lighting, as well as a spot light over my fireplace all on dimmers. They installed crown and base molding, and switched out all the plugs and light switches. Going through a renovation is not fun, living out of different rooms, not being able to function as you are used it, but I must say, that Tony and his team, did the best they could be make it tolerable. I would highly recommend Tony and (TME) for any size project big or small. You will get an honest, straight forward, experienced, team who shows up on time, does outstanding work and are fun to work with. I really enjoyed their personalities along with their great workmanship. I would hire them back in a heartbeat!! Dreams kitchens really do come true and thank you TME for making that happen.

They are very efficient. They had a good price and were pleasant to deal with. They set the schedule seven in the morning and they were here seven in the morning.

Provider came to my home on the scheduled date of remodel and said he could not find a place to park. He left and called 2 hours later and said he would do the job with smaller trucks, but he needed an additional $1000. I realized I did not have a contract, nor had I given him a down payment and decided not to have him remodel my kitchen. I was curious why he never asked for a down payment and now I know why. This provider knew I had cabinets and appliances being delivered in days and he thought he had me over a barrel. I thought I found this provider on Angie's List or the BBB. I asked the provider if he had not realized parking would be a problem when he visited my home to give me a quote. He does pop up on Angie's List, but he is not listed with the BBB.

The job went great. Tony was easy to work with and did a thorough, very good job on time and at what we considered a very fair price. We had been putting off replacing the two showers for a long time because we thought that we would need to basically re-do the entire bathrooms, a very large expense. Tony came out to the house and told us that he could do the big job but then volunteered a much more reasonable fix that would take care of the main issues at much lower cost, and that's what we did. He and his crew arrived precisely as scheduled, and worked very quickly and professionally. He had another company that he works with measure and then construct the new shower enclosures, and they look great. So everything was done great, and we are totally satisfied with the experience and the product, and would strongly recommend Tony and TME to anyone else without reservation. One other note: As Tony and his crew were finishing the work on the bathrooms, we had an emergency major water leak elsewhere in the house that was totally unrelated to Tony's work. Tony said that he has a very good plumber who he could call for us and get out on an emergency basis. This was happening on a Friday afternoon. Tony made the call, the plumber came out on very short notice the next morning, a Saturday, and very quickly found the leak and fixed it. The fix involved having to open up a fairly large wall, and Tony then had another of his contractors come out to repair the drywall. All of this was done with me calling Tony and basically he had the drywall guy the next day. All of the plumbing and drywall work was done very well and they both billed through Tony at what we considered a reasonable price for high quality, emergency service.

The build-out went smooth, started and finished as discussed and his subs for the drop ceiling and paint were good guys to work with too. I received two bids for this project within a couple hundred dollars of each other but I felt a better rapport with Tony. I'm sure I will use him and the TME crew for other projects in the future. After speaking to three other Angies list contractors, Tony was the first to give us up front and transparent answers upon his first visit, explain the process and the timeline, and he even had a full bid for us two hours later! We then decided to expand the work order to increase the size of the beam and he was able to update with a new bid again within a few hours. His responsiveness was prompt, and his bid was reasonable. We booked him immediately and he was able to bring in his team a few days later. They finished the job in a day, it looks exactly like what he had promised, and the work was done cleanly. We are soooooooo happy with the results it's even better than I had imagined. We are so impressed we'll be using him for our next project! Thank you Tony!!!
