+ -1 moreThe entire project went very well. We had a good idea what we wanted in a final product, and his line of Hunter Douglas window coverings were perfect for out needs. It has been almost a full year since the original work was done, and they continue to perform as promised. Our goal was a top-flight product that would give us years of reliable service. As of this writing, we believe that will be the case with the items we selected. Greg was very prompt in responding to our request for quotes, and delivered and installed them in the agreed to time frame. I have nothing but good things to say about his professionalism.
Description of Work: Provided a number of price options and styles for several rooms in our house. Made recommendations of types of window coverings might work best to meet our needs. Secured our order and installed them in a timely manner. This work was done during the summer of 2014. We've had him back to do more work later in the year. I just called him to request a unique tool for adjusting the Hunter Douglas products and he has that on order for me.

We made an appointment for him to come out and see the space in our master bedroom where we needed a new window covering for our sliding glass door. He actually called and showed up a bit early, which was great. He had plenty of options and samples to choose from and once we decided what we wanted it took no time at all to put the order in. About a week later we received a call from the installer who was also great. They work clean and quickly and the end result looks great!!! I can't say enough about them!!
Description of Work: Installed a new large blind to cover the sliding door in our master bedroom.

Description of Work: My vertical blinds would not open. I called them yesterday to come fix them. He called me today and just explained to me over the phone how to fix the blinds myself. It didn't cost me a dime.

+ -1 moreGreg was very responsive and punctual. He discussed all the options and issues available with the windows in my older (1969) house. He managed to install standard vertical blinds in very tight clearance windows. I am very pleased with the result. The quality of the blinds is also top-notch. The factory originally sent the wrong length slats for the patio door- Greg immediately re-ordered these and came by to install the correct blinds as soon as they were available. I would definitely use his services again.

Description of Work: I owned a rental property in Santa Clarita and after 6 years I had a new tenant coming in.I decided to replace the old blinds and called Greg the owner of Vertical Factory. This gentleman installed the blinds in this unit when I first bought and as soon as I mentioned my name he pulled up my file and had all the measurements ready to go. Once I picked up the color for the blinds we set up a date for the installation .Greg showed up exactly like he promised at 9:00 am and 3 hours later all my windows had new fancy blinds. Greg removed the old blinds and took them away. My new tenant was extremely happy and I felt that I literally upgraded the whole look of the house. And I kept the sweetest thing to the end : as a repeating customer Greg gave me a 10% discount which was very kind of him. I highly recommend using his services. You won't find better customer service .period.

+ -1 moreGreg had installed my vertical blinds throughout my house over fifteen years ago . I had new windows put in and the verticals in one room were breaking. I called Greg to see what can be done . He was punctual and gave me suggestions as the kind I had were not made any more. I choose to try something new.( honeycomb shades) The price was reasonable . He said it would take a couple of weeks . They came in sooner and were installed today. . I really like the quality, the color and how they fit the window. Greg installed them himself. I am already thinking maybe the whole house? Time will tell!!

He did two windows, and a sliding door with vertical blinds and wood valances on the slider and one window. He estimated 2-3 weeks, and they arrived 10 days later. They look great and I would recommend him to anyone. He was fast and neat and very friendly.
