+ -1 moreI found this company with Screaming Deals. Appointment was made with The Masters Touch. They were very accommodating in trying to fit my schedule. They totally honored my coupon and did not have any "hidden" charges. After the appointment was made they followed up with a text message to confirm the appointment. On the day of the service they re-confirmed with an email, then phoned when they were on their way with the exact time of their arrival. They surveyed all of the areas to be cleaned and then went to work. All of the work was done quickly, professionally and quickly. The results were fantastic all of the soiled areas and spots were removed and the carpet looks like new. Payment was quick and easy. They also sent a follow up email with my receipt. I was completely satisfied. This company is very professional and provides awesome service. I highly recommend them.
