They are a very poor business practice and do not take pride in what they do. Do not have the decency to get back with me to redo some the poor work they did.They have a lack of ethics after paying them and they did not address my concerns that arose. They have proven to be dishonest with regards to the check that they cashed, they claimed they have not received the payment. Bank proved otherwise.

Very nice people. They looked up my house on google earth and gave me an estimate. That worked well for me so that I did not have to hang around for an estimate one day and for the work another. I thought the pricing was fair. The worker, Israel, worked efficiently and did a great job. I felt he was an honest and trustworthy young man which is important to me for any worker that comes inside my home.

Still in the process

The gentlemen who came were on time, helpful and courteous. We have an older home and it wasn t easy getting the screens off. The only reason they weren t rated 5 stars is because two screens were not reinstalled correctly. In fairness, there could have been an issue with the hinges - they just didn t tell me.

It saddens me that I need to lower my rating from my original review. When they finished the job they were in a hurry to get to the next job, and I needed to get back to work. So, I didnt examine the job carefully. On Saturday when I had time, I saw that they failed to complete the job. I contacted Moses right away and he promised to fix it. There were several excuses and promises, but he never fixed it. The last straw was when he scheduled an appointment at 2:15 and I stayed home from work to meet them. It would have taken only 10 to 15 minutes to fix the problem, but I could not do it myself because it is on the second story. He never showed up, nor responded to many text messages. In the past, text messages had been the best way to reach him. He has a wonderful crew who mostly did a good job. I recommend them; however, I suggest that you dont pay them until you have time to confirm that they did the job properly. I am sad because I wanted to hire them from now on for my windows. I now need to rethink that choice.

Very personable, great customer service and got the job done in no time flat. In fact, it started pouring rain as he finished so we were able to see that the gutters were no longer full.
