Smart Finish

Very professional and did an AMAZING job. My windows and screens have not been cleaned in 8 years!! So they were dirty. Smart Finish cleaned thoroughly and never made a mess. I received compliments from friends and a home cleaning service.

I thought Moses was very friendly and he did a nice job. Especially since I live in an old house with old windows. The one thing that disappointed me was that my window sills were not wiped down. I am not sure if window cleaners do that. I just know the one time before where I used a window cleaner he washed down everything. However, I do recommend this company.

I was quoted $160.00 to clean 8 windows and 4 sliding doors and screens. He cleaned the windows, but did not remove water spots from the DR window. I personally pointed these spots to Israel. He did not cleaned any screens although the quoted price included all screens. very poor job and will not hire them or give good references unless they return to complete work correctly. I was impressed with speed of completion, however now I know why.

when someone is working in your house for a few hours it makes a difference when they re personable and it was a pleasure to have moses here.

Contractor showed up when they said they would, but failed to clean 5 Venetian blinds which I paid extra for. They failed to clean the tracks of the winds and sliding doors which they were supposed to do. I've called 5 times, left texts and they have not responded.

I tried to describe the job properly, unfortunately we were out of town so I wasn t as clear as I would have been if we were home. I would advise customers to be home when describing the job. Nevertheless Smart Finish honored their estimate despite the fact we added some items after my initial description of the job. Israel was polite, efficient, speedy and totally cooperative!
