They didnt come prepared with the tools adequately complete the job. I had to provide tools and guidance to complete the project. In the end, everything is clean and cleared and the water is flowing without obstruction.

I will see them again in the spring to have windows and solar panels washed. Happy that I have a service I can rely on! Everyone was masked and no covid worries.

I would like to relay to you our complete dis-satisfaction with the service, response, corrective action, and attitude of your company, management, and workers on (date) at (address) for the purpose of Washing our Windows. This effort was supposed to be a professional job on our property to clean our widows in a professional manner. The finished product was poor, leaving window streaks, dried cleaning residue on each window, and then the workers refused to correct their mistakes when it was pointed out to them. For service that was asked for and the finished produce we did not get our moneyâ s worth and want a full refund if you can not or are unwilling to correct the poor quality of service that was received.

Quick response on a holiday weekend and came out first thing on Monday morning to clean out all gutters, including very high second story gutters.

I wish they would have explained that they were not going to clean the screens - those windows still look dirty.

The workers knocked down the Christmas lights and didnâ t bother to them back up. They left a bunch of dirt on our front porch and also left their dirty gloves by our front door.
