+ -1 moreRobert and his crew showed up on time and finished on time also. The finished product lived up to his promises and our expectations. Learning how to use a new remote control was a little frustrating, but they patiently explained everything. When the job was finished, they cleaned everything up really well. Attention to the details seemed to be really important to them.
Description of Work: Robert first came out to our place to do a consult and help us design a surround sound system. My wife and I were really impressed with how knowledgeable he was about speakers and surround sound systems. He was able to explain what goes into a great system while keeping it simple enough for us to understand. I hate feeling like someone is throwing a bunch of technical jargon at me just so they can upsell me, and this definitely wasn't that. After we figured out what we wanted, Robert scheduled an appointment with us to install everything. He and his crew were very professional and clean. They showed up on time, and got everything done in one day. The finished product looks great and sounds even better. He also spent time explaining how to use our new remote that controls everything. It's really nice to have one remote that controls everything instead of three like before. We'll definitely be using SCV Audio Video again, and have already recommended them to another family member.

+ -1 morei do not have a vehicle that could carry two 65 inch TVs and Robert offered to swing by Costco and grab them as it was on the way and he was nice enough to grab them with his truck. So great!! He was right on time, set it up perfectly and showed me how to adjust the earthquake bar if I ever need to take it down. He was well priced, did a perfect job...I highly recommend him!!!

+ -1 moreRobert finished the job way under estimate and also added some labor and an amp for my TV -FREE! His crew did an amazing job installing the lighting and running the power. Robert was always available and communicative throughout the process. On pretty short notice they came out on a recommendation from a friend and got the job done in two days. I expected to pay a lot more and get a lot less. I give these guys an A+. It was really a great experience-thank you Robert and thank you SCV!!
Description of Work: Scv installed the lighting for my 1400 sq ft retail space. They also installed and setup my big screen tv.
