After the first phone conversation about my upcoming move to northern LA, Elizabeth figured out what interested me and didn't waste time showing me properties I'd only nix. Elizabeth dealt with that agent most courteously, even in the face of his thrice giving inaccurate information to his clients and ascribing Elizabeth or me as the source.
