water heater repair, drain cleaning
+ 0 moreChris came over when I called with the first problem - sewage backup in one of my toilets. Ugh. He ran a camera down the line to show me the problem - roots had been growing into the pipe. Gave me a couple options - I chose to get the line "jetted" (which is actually pretty cool). While we were talking, I mentioned that I had wanted to get a new water heater - my (very) old one had a small leak - so he gave me a couple of choices. He came back the next day and installed the new heater. At each step he told me what he would be doing and gave me a chance to change direction, and gave options to lower the costs. Very cool.
Description of Work: Once & For All Plumbing did a great job on the work. I had two separate projects that needed to be done - a major root/sewage clog in my main line, and a new water heater put in. Chris, the plumber who serviced the job, explained the costs clearly (and gave me a couple options to save some money, which was much appreciated). I've dealt with other plumbers and service vendors who are always trying to up the costs and squeeze more out of you. I felt like they were patient - explaining and showing the problems. I also liked that the work was done as promised and when it was promised. Finally, it's refreshing to have a service person show up on time and leave the place neater than they found it. It was particularly dirty around my water heater area, and it looked spotless and clean after he got done. Thank you again! I'll definitely call these guys back when I have more work to do. Thanks for a job well done!
