Description of Work: I called Rosa to schedule an appointment. She gave me a quote that felt was acceptable. She said she would text me the day before to confirm time. No text was received and she never showed up. I took a day off of work to accommodate her schedule. If these are the kind of people that you allow to advertise then shame on you. I will never try this site again as the old saying goes....fooled me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me

+ -1 moreAt first they did a great job but we had trouble with their random times they would come and clean. We wanted the same time every other week. I got rid of them because of this for a few months but decided to try again. I talked to the owner and told her we really needed a specific time every other week so that we didn't run into the same problem as the last time. Fast forward and we had he same issues again. We tried to be flexible but the scheduling just got to be too much. Additionally, I wouldn't know the exact time they were going to arrive until the night before (sometimes after I had already gone to bed). The owner would text as late as 9:45 pm to confirm for the next day. Often, once we negotiated that time, they would still text that they are running late or change the time on me the day of the cleaning. It didn't seem very organized and all we wanted was every other week at the same time. I got tired of it and decided on trying someone else.
Description of Work: We had Maids at Your Service clean our home for about a year.

+ -1 moreit went well awesome. Rosa showed up with a crew of five and they went straight to work and worked like crazy little bees. when they were done house looks wonderful and smells great. Unlike other companies Rosa's people move furniture when they vacuum and pay attention to the small details. I would defiantly use them again.

+ -1 moreThey send out 2-3 people for job. They are excellent! Their pricing is very competitive. We have been hiring them for 8 years and haven't had any major problems with them.
Description of Work: They clean our entire home, 2,900 square feet on a bimonthly basis.
