Everything wwent well, they were professional. All was great except price. Example. Drain cover for pool is roughly 7 inches in circumfrience. The cost $29.99.

On time, very friendly, excellent workmanship, matched their quote, showed me how to properly use the system, they came out on a day when I was off so I could be there. It worked flawlessly all summer long. I plan on using them next spring to install a pool heater.

I have used Macs Pool Supply for the last 20 years. These guys are so good and dependable. When I needed to replace my heater and pump they are the only company I would think of calling. Their prices were fair and competitive and their work was perfect. They came out with the new equipment and in a couple of hours they had removed the old equipment and installed the new stuff along with all new plumbing and valves. These guys are the best pool supply store and service company in the Santa Clarita Valley.

The technician could not fix the problem and said the mother board had to be replaced for thousands of dollars -- he disconnected the heater manually so it didn't work and left. After I realized what he did -- he said he would come back and reconnect the heater that he disconnected so I could use the heater manually. He never came back --- I had to pay someone from Leslie Pools to come and reconnect the heater which cost me another 110 dollars. I received harrassing calls from Mac pools demanding more money for the technician's service call -- saying I did not pay the full amount. I refused to pay any more money based on the fact he never came back to fix the heater problem that he caused.

Took my 10 year old pool vacuum to the store for possible repair or replacement. It was old and cracking and not working right. When I got there they offered to take a look at it to see if it was worth fixing. It was immediately disassembled and I was told what was needed. A lot of parts were needed but it was still cheaper to repair it than replacing it. I replaced the parts and now it is working like new. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Don Mackenzie, the owner, personally helped me diagnose and fix the problem. Mega props to Don and his crew!! No BS boiler plate answer like ''sorry, make a service appointment'' but actually took the time and effort to ask questions, troubleshoot and narrow the problem down to the faulty thermistor. He offered many tips and tricks to help find the source of my heater issue. He ordered the part, the inlet temp thermistor on a StaRite unit, and I picked it up the same day! I installed it myself (I'm a special fx/robotics tech for the movies) and the heater cycled and fired up. Thanks again to Don. He could have easily said ''make a service appointment'' or ''I cannot give you advice'' or some other attempt to just get $$ from me. No service/labor costs involved. I gave them an ''A'' for quality of work, even though it was for their efforts and guidance rather than actual ''hands on'' wrenching. Its rare to find any companies dedicated to SERVICE, not $$. Highly recommended.

I USE THIS SERVICE TO GET MY POOL READY FOR SUMMER. I ALSO HAVE A MONTHLY CONTRACT. THEY HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IN KEEPING MY POOL MAINTAINED AND LEAVE ME WITH SUPPLIES. I WAS NOT HAPPY WHEN ONE OF THEIR PEOPLE LEFT AND SOLD THEIR PRACTICE TO OTHERS.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZED. THEY ARE SO HELPFUL AND HAVE REARRANGED THEIR SCHEDULES TO ACCOMMODATE OUR NEEDS. WE FEEL COMFORTABLE LETTING THEM COME IN OUR YARD AND WORKING ON OUR POOL EQUIPMENT EVEN WHEN WE ARE NOT AT HOME. BEST POOL STORE IN THE AREA.

THEY ARE SO GOOD BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND WONDERFUL. ONCE THE GUY CAME VERY LATE AT NIGHT AND STAYED LONG TO TAKE CARE OF MY PROBLEM.
