They were never very reliable. They would show up late, call after they were supposed to be there to say they would be late or not even show up at all. The last time they were suppose to come clean they never showed. I called and left a voice mail about 30 minutes after they were suppose to arrive. I text and never got a phone call or text back. They never tried to contact me to apologize about not showing up. Very unprofessional.

We have used this cleaning service a couple of times in the past 6 months with mixed results. The first time, the team showed up about an hour late, but the crew worked really hard and did a reasonable job cleaning the house. There were a few picky spots that they missed (like cleaning the interior of the microwave), but they did windows and cleaned our chandelier. The second time they called last minute to reschedule earlier in the day. Fortunately, the time worked for us. They were right on time and did a good job. They used a crew of 4 people and finished the entire house in just around 1 hour. For a general cleaning, the work seemed reasonably thorough. They got the microwave the second time but skipped cleaning the windows (which were still mostly clean from the last visit). We called again for a periodic cleaning scheduled for today. I made the appointment about a week in advance. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours for them to show up, I called and spoke with Juana. She seemed to have no recollection of the appointment, made no apologies for missing the time, and the phone call disconnected after I finished giving her my contact information again. In the past, she had communicated well by text, so I tried to reach out that way to find out what happened. She did not respond. Although we have been satisfied with the quality of the work, because of the reliability issue we will not be using this service again.

Called twice, no call back, No longer in Business or just not interested.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. MY WIFE IS VERY PICKY, AND SHE HAS BEEN MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE SHE RECEIVES. THIS COMPANY DOES A VERY THOROUGH JOB AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE.
