Jeff was a great guy to deal with. Most of all, he was extremely detailed and thorough, which is of utmost importance in a property inspector. At the end of the inspection, he provided a very detailed report with pictures and general information about all problems he found, no matter how small. Jeff was punctual, professional and easy to work with. Jeff is great at his job and it shows!

Jeff is extremely professional. He showed up very early and even started checking the exterior of the house early while we were waiting for our real estate agent to get access to the keys. He took a thourough look at everything and provided us with a report within a few hours of the inspection. He also had great knowledge of the local area and was able to point out some Santa Clarita-specific concerns.

Jeff showed up 15+ minutes early to our inspection appointment and started a walk around of the property before my real estate agent showed up to let us in. He thoroughly checked all parts of the house including the roof, attic, electrical systems, HVAC, vents, appliances, and everything in-between. He uses state of the art technology to test the electrical system, and even thermal imaging cameras to see between the walls. He takes pictures of all problem spots and documents them on his computer as he goes. Within an hour of the inspection being complete he had already e-mailed me the 44 page report with all of the pictures that he had taken, along with full descriptions of any problems that he detected, and even suggestions on how to fix them. Jeff didn't mind having me to follow him during the inspection, and was always willing to answer any questions that I had, no matter how novice they were. He showed me where important things were in the house, like the water pressure regulator or where the reset switch for the bathroom GFI outlets were. Jeff really is a modern day Renaissance Man and seems to know quite a bit about most everything you would find in a modern, or not so modern house. I would not hesitate to call Jeff again if I were buying another property.

Jeff arrived before the appointment. He already knew that the utilities were not on before we walked on the property. We arrived at the house and he was already their waiting for us. Jeff still started an initial inspection for us instead of rescheduling and came back a second time when the utilities were back on to complete the inspection report. We had gotten a complete report from him within days of the utilities being turned on and this helped move along our escrow process speedily. I was so happy to avoid the disappointment of having to reschedule. Jeff is excellent. He was more interested in getting the job done for us and making it thorough. He also told us what we need to focus on first for future repairs and was very descriptive informing my husband step by step of what he was inspecting. The coolest part is he showed us the thermal imaging. We got to see within the walls. It was very awesome! What more could you ask for from an inspection?
