Our phone system went down after 3 1/2 days of other companies coming and saying we'll be back in morning i went on home advisor. Within 15 min i got a call back. Explained what the issue was. Service tech said he would clear his schedule and be here at 11. He showed up on time and had our phones up and running and a few other things done also. We definitely will be using them in the future. Thank you Inatel communications for your excellent service from all of us at Valley Brake

He used his equipment to troubleshoot our system, found the short and not only repaired it, but set us up with additional lines at the least cost options. JR did a wonderful job! So glad to have found him!

JR knows his stuff. Had a power supply go down on our Samsung phone system and the same day our phones went down JR came by and had a reconditioned power supply and we were back up in a very short time.

JR fixed my 20-year old phone system in less than half an hour. He was very familiar with the system, came when he said he would and charged a reasonable fee. If my phone needs repair again, I will call Inatel Communications.

They were exceptionally professional! They actually enjoy their work. It was so nice having them work on the house in great moods, bantering in fun with one another once in awhile while they were working. They know what they are doing and are extremely efficient. They listened to every concern I had and patiently answered every question. It was unusual that they took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and that I understood and was happy with the system. Their prices were almost exactly with what the other two companies I interviewed quoted me.
