They have been very helpful. I have bought trees from them in the past. They guarantee for 90 days.

It was very nice and they were very good. They knew what they were talking about and the owner really helped a lot. They were punctual, brought the trees out to handle them, potted them very well, told me exactly what they were doing when they were putting the palm in the groun and why they did it and how much fertilizer they put it. I really enjoyed it so I knew what was going on. They told you how to water it, how much to water because certain days get this hot so you water it then. They're doing very, very well because I am from Chicago and I have no idea how to take care of a palm or fruit trees so they told me how to take care of them. The quality of the trees was excellent.

They have nice plants. Their people are knowledgeable. They are focused on the local environment because Santa Clarita is a little bit different from LA and a little bit different from the dessert area. I can easily buy plants that won't survive and they know which ones will and will not. Their pricing is high. If anything is priced higher then I won't go there. When I first moved out here almost 30 years ago they were the only ones in town. Everybody went to them. Over the years a lot of other businesses have come in. There is a local store within 20 miles driving radius that has prices substantially better. It's not that they don't do a good job but I just wish that they would be more price competitive. It's really more of a garden store than a landscaper.

Very helpful - especially like walking their yard - beautiful plants and helpful personnel. A real pleasure.

Noticing the price, of $128 for the tree, I called the store today, Sunday. Speaking with Green, after first asking the speak with the gentlemen who helped the on Saturday, I $79 not $128. In a loud, condescending tone, he replied, "WE DON'T HAVE ANY 15 GAL FRUIT TREES ON THIS PROPERTY! ALL 15-GALLON FRUIT TREES ARE $128!" I interrupted and stated that he is responsible for the costs quoted to customers by his employees. He yelped, "BRING IT BACK. I'LL RETURN YOUR MONEY!" I said, in that you are the one who recommended Mr. Moreno as a "professional" who could "look" at the tree in my yard and he was with me purchasing items for my yard, you know the tree is planted. I am asking for the return of the excess charges that amount to more than $50. He sounded calmer and said, "Just come on in. I'll refund your money." Arriving at the store, I gave him the receipt expecting him to correct the charge error. He laughed and said, "Where is the tree?" I replied, "I'm sorry, I just told you on the telephone that the tree has been planted and that I'm seeking the difference." He laughed more and said, "Oh, I said I'll give you back your money but YOU have to return the tree." I looked at him in total disbelief and said, "You insinuated that you would return the difference just to get me in her so that you could laugh at me directly?" "Misunderstanding. You know I can refund you money, but I have to have the tree," he said, with a smirk on his face. "And so you have no intentions of refunding the difference." "Bring me the tree. I'll be glad to return your money," he said. I stated, "You know I don't mind paying $128 for the tree provided I am quoted $128 for the tree. Your employee quoted me price of $79. and you are responsible for the price quote given my your employees, I stated. He nonchalantly replied, "Miscommunication. Just bring me the tree and I'll give you back your money." To be honest, I really felt like digging up the tree, returning it and buying another one at Home Depot (where I generally purchase trees for my yard) because I realized that I was dealing with a greedy, small-minded, sadistic, psychopathic little man here. It should also be stated here that Mr. Moreno (according to him)--a very kind, hardworking man who knows his stuff about plants--has worked at Green Landscape Nursery for 20 years.

IT WAS EASY TO ORDER AT A REASONABLE PRICE. IT ARRIVED ON TIME AND IN GOOD CONDITION. THEY PROVIDED GOOD INFORMATION ON HOW TO INSTALL IT AND IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFULLY.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. IT WAS FINE. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I THINK THAT WAS JUST MY SHOCK VALUE.
