Description of Work: Initially treated inside and outside for ants and other bugs (last year). They now come every other month and just spray outside and it has kept the ants and bugs down to a minimal amount. They have several options available for service plans, but we decided to have them come every two months since we had an ongoing ant problem before they came. They always come when they say they will be there.

Description of Work: We were concerned that we had termites. CVA's inspector came out, did a thorough inspection and found no termites. The debris I saw were cricket droppings. He did however point out damage due to rot on 2 eaves corners. He left a proposal for his crew to come out and do the repairs for $450.00 bringing the eaves prime paint. I said go, they did. It's been a couple of months but I still haven't painted the eaves, they look quite good the way they were left. The workers were most courteous and hand moved an old pick-up truck I'm restoring in order to do the work. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Did not perform the work. They didn't do pest control for ants?????
