Description of Work: Former tenant had "rewired" our old garage door openers to fit non compatible remotes. Burns came out, restored doors to original condition, and supplied and programed new remotes that work with our existing equipment.

Description of Work: Super service. Mike went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We had a bad spring, other providers had tried to sell us a dual spring setup, Mike suggested a heavy duty single spring that is perfect for the door. We also found that the opener had been damaged, Mike jumped in and took the lead getting it replaced under warranty from the manufacturer. I cannot provide a higher recommendation, prompt service, reasonably priced and trust worthy - I will be calling Burns again next time I need service.

+ -1 moreThe company employees are very polite. The service person was on time and very prompt with the work he performed. They replaced our garage door opener a few years ago. They are a very good company and very honest.
Description of Work: They performed routine maintenance. They lubed the door hardware, adjusted the down fall and the travel, balanced the spring and replaced the bottom seal.
