+ -1 moreThey installed a new air-conditioning system for us about 8 years ago. On Memorial Day last year the air-conditioner went out and it was 100 degrees that day and we called his wife. She said that he was on a fishing trip that day, but she asked us to try three things and said that we could probably fix it our self. We tried one of them and it started working again, so we thought that was really good because she could have said to wait till my husband comes back. She did not do that and she gave us one of the tricks of the trade. He came out afterwards and said that was all it needed and we thought that was very honest of them to handle it in that way. The price was very reasonable. We liked that they are a family based company and we like that personal touch. They are also local people that live in the community and we like that and somehow we feel that they take a lot of pride in their work because they take a lot of pride in their community.
Description of Work: We use Brandhurst Air Systems for air-conditioning and they come yearly and check the unit to make sure everything is functioning well. The last time they came out was to check the unit to make sure it was working well and was clean.

+ -1 moreIt is a family-run business. He was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and very forthcoming with ideas and advice.
Description of Work: We used Brandhurst Air Systems for some air conditioning work in my house. He came and inspected it, did some maintenance work, had the coolant refilled and came back for a follow up check on the system.
