He scheduled several times -- and then cancelled - doesnt call to rescheduled. Doesnt texts and call. Very bad Customer Service - I feel like he wasted my time. All I needed was an estimate for my insurance company after california fires and he strung me along for week now

Albert has always been outstanding, he explains every detail and answers me quickly when I have called with questions or concerns.

Their workers are not dependable and are not honest. Say they came by and didn't. They also use 2 other business names Specialized Pools and Aquaduck Pools.

Outstanding work by Scott, who beat every other price out there by a lot, and still managed to go above and beyond, being a great resource for helping us get a DWP rebate that ended up balancing out the cost of the installation! I cannot more strongly recommend a company than I would Better Buy Pool Supply. They won't be beat!

They are cost effective and even hauled away the old (huge) heater we had. They did not try to upsell. I recommend them highly.

Just hired them, so work is unclear, however UNLIKE most (if not ALL) other pool cleaning services, THIS company bills ONE FLAT RATE; no "hidden or sudden" charges. I'll update as their services commence.

So impressed by the initiative and follow up regarding my initial web-search. I hadn't necessarily intended on using the service, but after two separate follow-up calls based on my initial HomeAdvisor inquiry and then pricing service from the local retail pool chain, I called back. Had an appointment the next day! Serviceman (Alberto) arrived exceptionally clean and well-groomed. Found the problem (primarily operator error...oops) and then rewired a circuit to prevent future problems. He was open and frank about future equipment replacement needs (not upselling work that didn't need to be done) and at a reasonable cost - the set inspection/travel fee quoted on the phone. Even reprogrammed the pool pump to make use of lower electrical off-peak rates. I've added him to my phone contacts and will be using him for all my on-site equipment service going forward. No more retail pool store overcharges!

They gave a reasonable estimate, did not increased prize after seeing bigger problem then anticipated. Were on time, cleaned up after . Tom very knowledgeable and friendly. We did not fill up the pool yet but I am confident that the crack is closed. All around a pleasant experience

Aquaduck was responsive and easy to talk to. Though still early in the process, so far we are very pleased with the service.
