They were extraordinary! Two of them came out and they were a little early. They worked cold for two and a quarter hours. They removed the screens, washed them, and dumped them appropriately. They were so fantastic that I actually tipped them on the side. They provided phenomenal service and I am very happy with them.

It was only half finished. The person who came out didn’t have all the materials and was supposed to come back out, but there was no follow up. I have not been able to get in touch with them since.

Purchased on a special deal. Arrived as scheduled. Very quickly in and out. Windows mostly clean but with noticeable streaks. Overall, we got what we paid for, but would have preferred a quality window cleaning. So not such a deal after all.

They did a wonderful job. They were prompt and very easy to deal with regarding scheduling. I can’t wait for them to come again.

Did a great job--but used foul language throughout. I know the storm windows can be challenging, but I really didn't need the "comments".

America's Best told me that after I had bought the service that they do no serve the Orange County California area. I contacted Angie's List and got my money back. Quit asking me to review this service again. I did not use them.

Arrived on time, went right to work, no problems.

It was so easy. I booked the service, the provider came over a week later and performed it, the gutters and downspouts were clean, and I hardly noticed the provider was even there working, except when his ladder was in front of one of my windows.

It was just fine. They cleaned a 4,000 sq. ft home, and sent one person and a helper.

They were very honest about what they did and didn't do. i would call them if I needed window screens replaced.

I was going to wait for the end of Fall, prior to rainy season. As you are probably aware, most of California is in an "exceptional drought" (one step worse than "extreme drought" and highest(or lowest depending on how you look at it) / worst level. The rain never came and then when I tried to schedule service now, America's Best no longer serves residential customers in my area. They indicated that I needed to submit my refund through you.

They performed as expected. No problems at all

2 guys came on time, well prepared and get going right away. Very efficient. Did a good job. Not every time spot was cleaned but pretty darn close. Good price. I will use them again.

Showed up when he said he would, cleaned the gutters on the house and garage.

It took a while to get a date that worked for us as they cancelled the first visit. When the guy arrived I showed the screens that needed the most work. What they did was fine for $100.

We were purchasing a house and the sale did not go through and we did not need the work at the time. When we were ready to have the work done with a new house, I had troubles reaching them. They were unresponsive and I had the deal refunded.

Work went great. They were prompt and professional. We had additional gutters that had to be added onto the work order, and it worked out well.

They did a thorogh job, prompt, curteous and professional.

They provide valuable information. The issue is the beginning of the rainy season the gutter and down spouts were stopped up and wate was falling over the gutter. This occurred at the first rain

They were very responsive and called me right away. They offered me a few different times that they could come out. They were really booked up and finding a good time for both of us was difficult. In the end, we agreed that they wouldn’t be able to come out to me in time.

NOT GOOD!!! 2 guys, rescheduled because their ladder broken, then showed up next day with no ladder and borrowed ours. Windows were smeared and they even failed to do one of them. They did not use squeegee, only solution and rags. Definitely the worst job I have even seen, actually worse than before they started . Year prior one man came, definitely a professional. Did a great job, quickly, and the windows were spotless so obviously I was disappointed and dumbfounded at this job.
