Great. The guy did not show up for the first appointment, but came the next day. Did a great job.

What a nightmare! First of all, they sent 3 washers to do my tiny house, and all 3 looked like they were fresh from San Quentin. They were surly at best. I think the deal came with a standard of windows, which was more than enough for my house. But little did I know the inside side counted as 1 window, the outside counted as another, everything was a windows towards my allotment and they were NOT offering to do the remaining windows for additional cost. I couldn't get them out fast enough then I searched for anything missing. Most of the time 2 out of the 3 of the washers loitered in my back yard while one did all the work. He did where I pay up front regardless of the work that was actually accomplished.

I have a three story town home. They removed all the screens, did a great job on the windows, and replaced all the screens. They were very professional. I will definitely use them again.

The man who did the powerwashing did a good job and was very pleasant.

Generally, they did a good job, however, when there are water calcified spots, they don't tell you that that requires special abrasive so or cleaning agents to remove, so I ended up with a couple of windows that did not look clean because of the spots. They just washed them as usual and did not tell me that it would also be extra to scrub the water spots off. I also thought it was over priced in view of the fact that they just brushed the screens instead of washed with water. The worker brought his son because he did not speak English or understand English very well. I had them return to my house when I was checking the work and had them look at the water (sprinkler) spots on the two windows and it was only then that they told me that it required special work. They did not indicate that or any additional fee when they offered the coupon.

It was the funniest thing. They washed the windows, they did the outside only and they washed them and then they didn't wipe them down. They said, "The solution we use dries clean. We don't have to wipe it down" I said, "Ah, ha. No. I want my windows wiped down" Well, they were not very happy and they did it and they hooked up their equipment to my front garden hose and after they left I went to put the nozzle, they took the nozzle off the hose to hook their equipment up, my nozzle was gone. So I called them and the woman that answered said, "Well, I'll have to check to see" and of course I never heard from them again. So that wasn't a wonderful experience. I don't think there were any additional charges. I guess there were 18 or 20 windows or something like that. I had a lot of windows but I knew that there were just a certain number that I was eligible for however many that was I've forgotten now. I had once or twice, years ago, I had window washers and they used squeegee and take the water off the windows and so when they told me they were done and they hadn't done that I said, "Wait a minute" and they said, "No. No. That's our solution that we use" and I said, "No. I want my windows wiped down" So they did it, grudgingly, but they did it and it was okay. They came out when they said they would.

The windows sparkled. The only issue was they moved my hoses and left them laying where they last had them. They also left gates open around pool area.

The two men were punctual, polite, professional. I have an old house with old windows so they took off screens (charged more for that) and carefully handwashed everything. Very pleased.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it was good. They did some extra things so there was an additional charge. They did a good job.

It was good. They were fine and professional. The windows were clean.

Very well. They were polite and considerate and did a good job.

They advertised 2 hours of lights going up/down, when in fact it was 2 men for 1 hour..so in the 2nd hour I had to pay their regular rate. A little deceptive. And in the tear down process of the Xmas lights when they returned a few weeks later, they only needed 30 minutes for 2 men but I was still charged a full hour even though I was told when I initially paid that I would be refunded the unused time. I was not.

They were okay, they were fine. When they came over they told it was only for a certain amount of square feet of gutter and I exceeded that so I had to pay extra to complete the whole thing. I think it is fine but it's always hard to tell because you never see your gutters really. So I guess it was fine.

rMy major complaint stems from a foul up of when I first contacted the company. I changed my plans so I could be here during the three hour window when they were supposed to evaluate my needs. They never showed up because the woman in the office gave the crew an incorrect phone number. When we re-scheduled they came at the end of the window. However I was pleased with the work they did, and their ability to get to some very high windows without destroying anything in the garden.

The installers came on time the first day finished half the job and left. They were impossible to het a hold of. Finally I had to talk to Americas Best about the fact that the screens were on back order instead of the actual installer. When they finally came they screened the WRONG windows! When I told them the mistake the half hazardly took the screens off the wrong windows and put them where I wanted them,,,but they dont fit right! The screens are shabby, poor quality. One has already broke. Horrible experience.

The guys did a thorough job. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to do the entire house (two story with high windows) in less than three hours. They methodically went through every room. We didn't have to move anything. If they moved something, they put it back in its place. The guys were friendly and didn't leave a mess anywhere.

Sucked. That is what they did. S-U-C-K. First, they didn't have the type of UV film in stock ("nobody uses brown film everyone uses blue.") was the excuse. Then, they didn't bring enough to do one slider. Just one sliding glass door! They came back to do the other window and there are bubbles all over the place, film not trimmed. AND, they were based in Santa Clarita. I'd call, someone wouldn't be in, they'd call back when I wasn't home - lots of phone chasing. I cannot recall the exact cost of this; I do know I had to pay more than the BIG DEAL as my window square footage was more than the 'cost' of the Big Deal. So it wasn't really that big of a deal then, huh? DO NOT USE THESE A*******, EVEN FOR WINDOW CLEANING!!!!!

That was a great experience. They did a fine job just like I expected. They were courteous and on time. They did the job that I hired them for. Everything went fine. Their price was right.

2 men ,a business owner and assistant,used ladders scrubbers,and high pressure water and went up ladders as needed to thoroughly clean entire siding surface on all four sides of house.

Vendor changed the appointment date/time several times beforehand. On the finally scheduled date/time, a two-man crew arrived promptly. They worked professionally and courteously and quickly and were careful of the objects by the windows (blinds, shutters, items on kitchen counter, etc.) Windows were very dirty, they were cleaned quite nicely. In retrospect, I am unsettled by essentially a $200/hour charge, and no good documentation on what action cost what. I should have done a much better job on asking about and understanding the cost details beforehand, but I was eager to have this long over-due action done.

They arrived when they said they would, did the work , cleaned up and left.

They trimmed trees and cleaned up. One tree had not been trimmed in more than 20 years. John was very knowledgeable and even told me what trees could not be trimmed yet due to the season. With other quotes that I received (not Angie's List people), I didn't feel that they had any knowledge about the trees. They trimmed up the trees and let me know how often in the future I should be trimming the trees. I will definitely have them back to trim my other trees when the season is right. During the evaluation of our trees we discussed the stump removal and John actually kicked one of the stumps (an apple tree) a little and it came out of the ground. He said that it was unnecessary to pay for that one. In a previous quote from someone, they told us it would be $65 to remove it. I felt they were very honest in what they could do. One of the workers even dug out around our orange tree and watered it as he said the dirt was too high.
