They were professional and did an excellent job.

Ok, but not great quality work or materials

They performed the work as advertised and arrived on-time. They were very professional.

They did a good job, the windows were all cleaned. They guy who did the cleaning however, was pushing his own services on the side, he was offering to redo screens or something that they do, but he was going to do it on his own time and cut me a deal, which I thought was very sleazy. The work done was good though. They had gone to the wrong address and couldn't find me, so they came late.

This company was very through and made sure all of the screens ans windows were clean and streak free.

People were not friendly and did not speak much English.

They used my bathroom. It took several days of using a plunger and snake to remove the clog. I don't like to clean up someone's poop. They should bring a portable potty or go to a public restroom.

There was a problem from the beginning. The promotion said 20 windows, which was a great deal, with additional for more and screens. When we called the contact, it was 20 sides, which cut our coupon in half. After a long discussion, she finally said we could figure it out when the cleaners came, 3 weeks later. The cleaners were young kids, very nice, but it was a very hot day and you could tell this was about the last thing they wanted to do. After another argument, my husband decided to have them do only the outside windows, not the insides or the screens which would have been several hundred dollars more that the "20 sides". In the future, these promotions should be checked for accuracy. Their website had the same wording with just the one word changed. (windows for sides)

Some windows were very dirty and were difficult to clean 100% -- that is where there is an issue -- and that was not outside of what I expected as far as the results are concerned.

The representative wanted to do a good job but did not come prepared for the height of my windows. I had told the person who made the booking about the high windows but to no avail. The rep cleaned the windows the best way he could under the circumstances but without the right equipment it was not a great job. He came on a second day with a taller ladder but still could not do the job efficiently. I do not hold the cleaner responsible - it is the person taking the reservation that has to ask the right questions unless, of course, the technicians have all the necessary equipment in their truck. I am not really sure of the date of the service since it was last year so I used an estimated date.

Two people showed up and said they would both work for 2 hours each. The woman began working in our guest bathroom, and did a fine job. The man began in the main bathroom and repeatedly called for me to come look at the dust he was finding on top of the cabinets. Although I told him several times that I did not use a cleaning service, he spent most of his time telling me to fire our current service and hire them. After an hour and a half of the hard sell, they both said they were finished and he said they really didn't have enough time to do anything else, so combined, they worked 3 hours. I had them leave and I finished cleaning the main bathroom. We were actually considering hiring a cleaning service, but chose not to go with them. His sales tactic was too agressive and he did not do a good job cleaning. It does not take me 3 hours to clean both bathrooms when I deep clean and their results were not an improvement over what I do. I've been hesitant to leave a negative review, but I continue to receive email requests from Angie's List to provide feedback.

They showed up, cleaned the windows well and left. It was a good job, they were fast and professional.

Advertised $139 for 20 windows. They did not inform me that screens were $3 extra. They do not clean tracks, I had them end up doing that for me. I was disappointed with their price and their service. Very misleading. I had to ask them to redo a couple places as well.

The job was performed beyond our expectations. Gentleman was prompt, worked quietly and the quality of work was great - our windows never looked so good (and they are old!).

He was quick, efficient, informative.

I originally purchased two certificates for $99 each to cover all of the windows/doors in my house. The terms of the deal were apparently not very clear or easy to track down. Upon scheduling, I was told that I could only use of the certificates and that I would have to pursue a refund for the other. I was also told by phone that different types of windows had different prices. My attempt to understand the price ahead of time wasn't very successful. A very polite man arrived at my home at the scheduled time. He was good at his job, professional, clean, and quick. However, he had not been provided with any of the details of my home that I had provided ahead of time. We finally worked out a price that was much more than I originally anticipated but unreasonable. I will consider using this service again but only if they can work out their pricing and scheduling/pricing customer service.

They were excellent and I could not have recommended them more highly. They did a beautiful job and were quick. There were extra charges but I was aware of it before hand what things maybe extra; they did not rip me off. They were very exacting in what they were doing. They gave me tips on how to keep my windows better clean on the inside too. They were really nice and knowledgeable. My windows had not been cleaned in a very long time and I had a problem where in I had a lot of the etching stuff from the siding that was staying on to the windows. I had not been able to get it off but they were able to get it off. I paid them for cleaning my window sills. They really did a nice job. They were fairly priced and were right on time.

They originally did want to charge more because we are on a hillside. The limitation was not advertised with the deal and they did do the work. They did a good job.

Everything worked well with America's Best. I've had better house cleaning but they weren't bad, they just weren't outstanding.

Arrived on time. Unfortunately another contractor arrived to provide a service that prevented the windows on the first and some of the second floor from being washed. Wasn't the America's Best staffs problem. The other contractor didn't call to let me know he was coming. Even so-it would have been nice to have gotten a discount or a rain check for those windows. I should have called and let them know-was busy and didn't. The staff they have a re excellent at what they do. Very polite and pleasant. They do a great job with no additional mess. Really appreciate their work and will hire them every time they have a coupon.

arrived on time- cleaned all gutters-even problem solved cleaning out gutters that weren't draining properly. very diligently cleaned up all mess- requested a hose and mop to remove dirt and leaves from the sides of my house.

I've dealt with them repeatedly and they are fantastic. We've had them back at least two other times in addition and they are extremely professional, respond to phone calls, very friendly and I would recommend them highly. If you are looking for a cheap bargain, that is not this company.

Professsional and on-time. No issues. Windows looked great.
