Wonderful they were pleasant hard working men

I don't remember the details. It was a quite a while ago. They did a good job, were prompt, their personnel hygene was excellant, and they did a wonderful job. If you want exact information you should ask for the review shortly after the service. I don't think you should show the persons address either.

It went beautifully. The cleaning team was a man and a woman, and the man went out of his way to be helpful. He rolled up a large Oriental rug and carried it out to the garage for me, and also helped me to re-hang kitchen curtains which I had just washed. Both cleaners were very thorough, moving furniture when needed in order to clean every spot which could be reached. I was very pleased with the results.

They did not wash the frame of the window. Had no clue as to clean a window. I blame the supervisor. These people had no training.

The advertised service was window washing for 20 windows for $99. But it is necessary to read the fine print. This is because they count the windows as follows: the inside and the outside are 2 separate windows; a bay window is counted as 3 separate panels, so 6 windows; other windows are counted for each panel of the window. It can be tricky to calculate the 20 windows according to their protocol. The young man who performed the service was very polite and cordial and did a good job.

The crew was extremely professional and personable. We had 4 very large West-facing French doors that they tinted, plus a replaced window which needed to have tinting to match it's neighboring window. They did a fantastic job, the results were perfect, and they didn't leave a mess from the project. I would use these guys again.

They did a good job cleaning all the windows. We paid them extra to clean the screen windows as well. Four people were sent to do the job, and they got it done within 30 minutes. They way they counted the windows was a bit confusing though. Some were counted as two. Overall, they did a good job.

She arrived very late with her daughter. The daughter helped for awhile. I didn't receive the hours that I had paid for.

House was cleaner when they were through, but the mold tracks on the side of the roofline didn't get removed.

It was flawless. The provider was on time, was fast but thorough, went about his business washing windows and screens and finished up inside of two hours. This included seven windows and two large sliders. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

One person they brought was very argumentative with the boss the whole day, was very unprofessional. She was also quite scary, and did not feel safe with her in my house. THe price of the job was twice as much as was presented. They did not tell me what the price was going to be before the job was over. I assumed it was going to be the price that was presented on Angies list.

Stated price turned out not to include both the inside and outside of windows--they were priced separately. Having all our windows done would have been way too expensive. They did the upstairs windows, reasonably quickly with fair/good quality (some streaking, especially the skylight).

The best part about America's Best was their flexibility. I had to reschedule service at the last minute and while I did pay $30 for the change, at least I didn't lose the entire amount I'd payed for clearning. Two cleaning ladies arrived at my house at about 8:00am. They cleaned all the bathrooms and the kitchen including mopping. They also changed the bed in the master bedroom and generally took care of the floors and dusting throughout. The house smelled clean when they left, which I like. I thought they could have done a better job on the carpets, particularly since they managed to finish with time remaining. I'm not dissatisfied, just not wowed by the service either. One of the ladies left a nice note about the window service America's Best provides. I've gotten several email to that effect since too.

I really like the people that came out and the service was very good. He was very efficient and the service was excellent.

They weren’t local to the area, I was talking to someone in California when I called. The deal was confusing and I ended up having to talk to the service rep and a manager three times to figure out what would be covered under the deal. They did a quality job when they got out and did the work. The customer service part was less than stellar.
