It was adequate. We had a little disagreement about the square footage of my house cause it's oddly designed house but it's not 3000 square feet. They were just okay. My regular window cleaner does a better job.

Service was ok. They did not seem very experienced and were a bit sloppy.

They were very prompt, took only about 30 minutes to clean the windows, and were very professional. THey removed all the screens as well.

They came and cleaned the gutters.

There was a 2 hour window of arrival time and yet the crew was over a half hour late. There were items I had expected to be done but were not covered unless I paid extra. I was asked if I had blinds that needed cleaning and I pointed them out. When I inspected them they were not fully clean and I was told "oh, we don't clean them only dust". The house was cleaner than when they started but there were areas that were not done as I would have hoped. Some places had objects dusted around instead of moved and dusted under and there were hairs still in the shower.

The guy who showed up did not bring a ladder that was tall enough to reach all the gutters. Had to do half the job and reschedule to come back and finish. Also, measuring the additional guttering that was covered by the 'deal' was something I had to watch carefully. I don't think he was intentionally trying to pad the measurement, he was just not meticulous about how he did it. The final result was excellent. Gutters were clean and no mess was left behind.

They looked beautiful and so sparkling clean that it was hard to believe there were actual window panes. However, because the job was completed so late in the early p.m. (between 6-7:30) it wasn't until the next day that I noticed some streaks on several window panes. In response to the company's e-mail I shared this information, but never received a follow-up call or inquiry. Even-so, this was a pleasant experience and I would use America's best in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great and very nice. They called back a couple of times. They did a nice, clean job. They were friendly, professional and competent. The service was good and very well received all the way around by all of us here. They were good with working with us at a holiday time.

Service person that arrives was very polite. Brought his brother in law (?) to help out. They were finished in under an hour. and right after they pulled away I realized they had bent two of my screens when they removed/put them back in and also one of the windows was sprayed and not wiped down. They were probably only a couple of blocks away but I did not have their phone numbers, only the toll number of the company who dispatches them. I called the toll number a couple of times and could not get a live body so I got frustrated and fixed it myself. I had a neighbor who has the exact same house and had th inside and outside windows and screens done for the same amount of money by a local company and the windows looked great. Thought the service was overpriced and mediocre.

Went as expected. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and left.

It was an Angie's list Big Deal that I purchased. We were satisfied. They came and did the windows and they were nice and clean. They picked up and didn't make a mess. We had no problem with them. I guess we didn't read the fine print because the way they were counting the panes windows were different than what we thought.

America's Best did an good job cleaning the windows.

Everything went beautifully and the results are excellent.

They arrived on time and performed the work requested.

Been rescheduling appointments for the last couple of months. No one showed up or returned call the last time. I'm giving up.

My experience with America's Best Inc. was all right. I wouldn't say it was exceptional. They sent one guy out and he basically was at one end of the gutter with a hose. He didn't really go throughout the whole gutter.

A man & woman came about 8:30 a.m. - cleaned the 20 exterior windows - did a good job. He worked quickly. I would use them again.

They very fast, courteous and nice. They did a great job, and showed up on time. I would recommend them to other Angie's List members

They did a good job. There was some misunderstanding as my husband thought that he was double-charged, but it turns out that that did not happen.

The first thing said to me upon the providers arrival was, "do you understand how we charge to clean windows and, how the # of windows shown in our offer." He explained that the company charged to clean each side of the window. In others if they offered to clean 20 windows and you have 20 windows, you will either get one side of the window cleaned or you can pay additional money to clean the other side of the window. Then if you want the screens cleaned that is an additional cost. In addition to the original of $97.00 I paid $55.00. I find this to be a company that does not provide all the information necessary to the customer. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone./

On the originally planned date of service, the technician was involved in an auto accident. Therefore, I had to be patient while America's Best worked out the details, regrouped and get someone out to do the work. I did want the work done, so I waited and they compensated me with 5 free window cleanings. I'm pleased with the results. They stayed in touch with me while they were trying to get someone out to do the job and we worked together to accomplish our goal. I have new screens and clean windows and I'm pleased.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were really good. My only issue was that they charged too much so I didn't let them clean the sliding glass windows. I think that they need a little bit better price for that. But I did pay for something extra. They forgot to put the screen on so they came back to put it back on. They accidentally overcharged me and they returned that so they were really good. They didn't promise something that they didn't deliver.
