Went fine, serviceman was new, but did a good job

They arrived on time were fast and did a good job.

Showed up on time very couteous, good quality work

During this cleaning, I found out that there was some damage on the windows from the stucco residue being washed over the glass. So they were unable to clean that off. But overall they did a good job. They cleaned the exterior windows and got that completed in a timely manner.

There was a local contractor who completed the work. It worked out fine and they did a nice job.

Went as planned. Nothing out of the ordinary.

The cleaner was a very nice lady. She did an adequate job. She found the steam cleaner in my closet and used it on the wood floors. Did not use it properly, so there was some damage in one area.

The services provided to me by America's Best Inc. was all right. What they called cleaning "one window" became "one side of one window." They charge you per side of each individual window they clean. If a row of windows is separated by any kind of frame, then each window pane is considered a separate window, so it's a total racket. It's advertised as some great special, for 20 windows for $160.00 and then they show up and you end up spending $500.00, because these guys are shystering you by charging you for every last pane. They were not very thorough. I had them go back in and do multiple windows over and over again. I thought that the coupon said that they were not only going to clean the window, but clean the sill around the window, but they didn't. What they did do is leave the dirty run off from whatever solutions they were using on the window sills, which made my dirty window sills look only worse. It took longer than I thought it would. The customer service was mediocre. The advertising was misleading. The value for the price paid was mediocre at best.

They arrived early, the process was fast and went well.

A-Best Electric/Angie's Big Deal Coupon did say: $59 for Circuit Breaker Panel Labeling and Whole House Electrical Inspection. At first visit on 6/6/13, circuit breaker was labeled but there was no evaluation of electrical system and no receipt exceone of his workers on 7/11/13 who informed me that I needed a CO detector and that my "strip outlet" was out of compliance because it was not a GFI outlet. I ended up contacting Mr. Sutherland, the electrician who did the work in 2007. He stated the kitchen outlets are OK to code ? wire mold plug is NOT a strip and is hooked into a GFI breaker in the basement., and charged me $80, which I was not expecting. I still haven't gotten a statement from A-Best Electric as requested. I chose this coupon in order to have my house ready for sale and to have written documentation from A-Best. I emailed Mr, Ciccio again but no statement has been sent to date.

We were very satisfied with the work done by America's Best. The price we got was supposedly discounted from the "full price", but we have since gotten offers from them for less cost for the same number of surfaces. I suppose that's a good way to develop repeat customers.

Great and easy --efficient and the screens look great

Service was good. The one frustrating issue was the pricing from America's Best. I have used several windows services before and most charge per window - $3 to $6 per window - however America's Best stated that a "window" qualifies as either the inside or outside of the window. This was annoying to say the least....what I thought was a great deal turned out being about average for the service anywhere else. I asked them only to do the 20 windows (which were reduced to 10). I did get a quote from the service for the additional windows and do plan to use again as they were professional and did a good job.

2 women came. Very professional and willing. Lots of energy. Brought own supplies. House sparkled.

Had some difficulty with the scheduling which was done via an office in California, but the actual provider was a local subcontractor.Once the kinks of scheduling were worked out, they arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They were thorough and very careful with their ladders and equipment around my gardens. There was an option to have the inside windows cleaned at $5 each. A price was given if I wanted more windows cleaned than the 20. I was free to choose which windows were part of the 20, by putting post it notes on the ones I had chosen.

They were thorough and spent a lot of time cleaning my gutters as my home has a lot of large trees around it. They gave feedback at the end. My only complaint....the special deal was for a smaller home and I was surprised when the final cost was much higher, which I guess I should have anticipated.

Not very well. They arrived on time and when they left they did not leave things exactly as they found them. They only did a partial job and it was not done very well. The job was partial because some of the windows were on the top floor of a 2 story house and they said the windows were too high. They did not say this until they arrived. They cleaned some of the windows with a dirty cloth so the windows were not clean when they finished. Although hey were contracted to use their own materials, when I offered them clean substitutes, they did not accept them. It is entirely possible that vendors in a different locale will do a quality job.

I thought I had a good price. He did the job professionally on time. I asked him to do another bit of work that was not part of the deal, for which I paid additional amount that I didn't remember. I would use them again.

I initially made an appointment for May and they called with less than a 24 hour notice and told me their truck broke down. They were not able to reschedule me at that time. I called in June to make an appointment for service. This time we scheduled for July 18. Again, they called me with less than a 24 hour notice and told me that would have no one in the area to clean the windows at that time. I finally got ahold of a gal by the name Amanda who claimed to be one of the generals and we scheduled for July 29. Amanda, because of the problems so far, told me they would clean 10 screens for me at no additional charge. The guy shows (finally!) on July 29 and proceeds to tell me it will be $5 extra per window because they were "solar" screens. I informed him that there was nothing about screens in the deal. He just turned around and got in his truck and left. When I called this time (Amanda wasn't there), the girl on the phone told me that "It's just their policy" and "You can call Angie's List and they'll give you your money back" and then hung up on me. I found a new Big Deal today through another company, which is a much better deal and states extra charges up front. I'm looking forward to using this service.

That was interesting. I did an okay job. I think I could've done it better myself. In fact, I have done it better myself. I felt like one did a lot of work and one did a lot of talking. I have shrubs along the side of my house. I didn't ask for the whole house to be done. I actually said, "This is what I want you to focus on. I want you to focus on the green on the side of the siding on one side of the house and I want you to focus on my decking out back." I think it was by square footage. I didn't need the whole house done. They wound up going around towards the front anyway. I didn't ask them to clean the stoop. They did my stoop. When they did my stoop, which is brickwork that already needs repointing, he wound up digging out even more of the sand. I'm not a mean person so I was like, "Oh, thank you." He was going around the front and I have just a white board below my front windows. It's like decorative woodworking. It's a colonial home so it has square panels and they're white painted. I know I was going to have to paint them. Well, he got a little carried away and actually gouged out some of the paint, so there's like a loopty-loop where now it's exposed and I have to paint it. I was going to have to paint it anyway so I was like, "Okay, that's fine. Don't worry about it." Before they left, the guy who talked a lot actually came to my door and said, "Do you have a pair of clothes I can change into because my pants are all wet and I have to go to another house." The other guy wasn't all wet and the other guy did all the work. I gave him an old pair of my son's sweats that my son doesn't wear and send him on his way. It was just really weird.

It went very well. They arrived on time, they were very efficient, friendly and cared about satisfaction.
