It was wonderful and I've called them twice since then. Three people came and just cleaned their little hearts out. My daughter came home and asked why does her house smell good and I told her "Merry Christmas". They did a wonderful job. She asked what did I want done, I said anything that they wanted to do, and they just went to it.

They did a pretty good job of cleaning my windows. However, the used my hose and one of my ladders and did not put them back once they were finished with the job. I had to put the items away.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not happy with it. There was only one person and it took him hours to do it. I paid extra for the screens. He damaged one of the screens trying to fit it back in. It wasn't an easy job. I thought it was actually a two person job and they only sent one person. It isn't a two story house but there are a lot of windows.

It was fine. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. I don't think anything stood out about them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. He did a very good job. He was nice and very polite. He explained the work that he was going to do. I was happy. I would use him again. The price was very good.

The installation was very good. The workers arrived on time and were easy to work with. The problem came after. I had paid for them to come and take down the lights. I made an appointment for the day I wanted them to come well in advance. About 2 days before they were supposed to come, I was called by the company and told that they would not be able to come the day I wanted. Not only that, but the day they could come was more than 2 weeks later than I had already contracted for. They gave me no good reason, just said they could not come. Since I did not want my Christmas lights to stay up until almost February, I cancelled the appointment, thus losing half my money.

They were good and did a good job on difficult old windows.

They were prompt and courteous. Nice job on windows. Wished they would Have cleaned the exterior sills too. They also counted small accent windows as full windows.

They did a pretty good, pretty quick job. The owner had his son helping him, and I think they were a bit surprised that my husband got up on the roof to check their work. There was one long run of gutter they hadn't done, and they were agreeable about getting back up on the roof and doing it when it was pointed out.

They replaced 6 screens. They took the old screens off since they had little holes, and they installed the new screens. They were efficient. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were in and out and I had no worries. They also washed two stories worth of windows for additional charge.

They brought more people so there were not at my home for as long as I expected. They were quite far away and it took them a while to get here. I had to wait quite a while for them to do the work. However, the work was fine.

The technician showed up on time and was very polite. He was efficient and did a nice job.

They did not have latters tall enough to get to my sun room. The experience was alright but not the greatest.

this is the second time that I have used them and was again satisfied with their work. I have several large and tall windows and they did a great job.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for the re-screening of 5 windows in my house. My appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday. Early in the week of my appointment, I emailed them to see if they had any Friday availability (while noting that Saturday was still OK with me). They did not, but they kindly reminded me that it would be $30 to cancel my appointment within 24 hours. I advised them that Saturday was still OK, and I waited at my house during the 8 am - 11 am timeframe they gave me. 11 am came and went without anyone showing or calling to advise they would be late. Finally, at noon I received a barely audible voice mail saying that they could not find my house. My house is in a populated subdivision that is easily accessible. Mapquest and/or any GPS will take you easily and directly to my front door. I emailed America's Best at noon and let them know I was not waiting any longer. Their email back lacked any concern and seemed to try to place the blame on me. They mentioned that they called me, however they failed to mention that they called one hour after the three hour appointment window. That told me all I needed to know about their business. If you think it is acceptable to not show up or call within a THREE HOUR timeframe that you request a customer wait for you, then you believe your time is more valuable than that of your customer's. I asked them to coordinate a refund through Angie's List, and they told me I should work with Angie's List directly. Another waste of my time. I would suggest avoiding this company.

That worked out fine. I paid them an extra $150 over the big deal. They were prompt and they did a real good job. They were fairly priced.

They did an excellent job. All lights were hung with care. They did everything very well and will definitely use them next. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Overall I saw some improvement to the previous condition. I asked them to wash the gate but they did not do that. It went ok.

Had to do extensive quality checks and request rework

They showed up and rescreened, but on of the frames of the screen was broken. They rescreened it but did not fix the frame which was no help to me.

Fair, Didn't rinse anything at first, sudded up the screens and tapped dry, so when they did dry show'd the brush marks where the residue dried, because of not rinsing, so really wasted of washing them at all.

They did a beautiful job on the windows. Their only problem was that the workers were sloppy on the interior door window in the bedroom and got dirty soapy water all over the carpet which permanently damaged it. They did give me a future credit of $75 but unfortunately the carpet damage was unfixable.

The young man that came out was very nice and the windows were okay. However, they charged me extra for cleaning the screens, which I thought was included in the price.

It went OK. They were a little pushy about offering other services. Windows were so-so afterwards.
