Due to my schedule, I had to change the appointment several times. They were very flexible and willing to accommodate my schedule. at my request, they cleaned the inside of the windows first, so I could leave for an appointment. I would use them again.

We can see! It's a miracle! We purchased an Angie's List special much like the guy from Monrovia, only ours was for cleaning 20 windows for 99 bucks. We kept the voucher at hand until the winter's rains ended (though, this year, there wasn't much in the way of wet stuff to make a big difference one way or the other). In any case, the windows on the front of our house overlooking the east end of the San Fernando Valley hadn't had the grime scrubbed off their exteriors in years because they're too high off the ground to reach using just a stepstool, and we don't even possess a ladder tall enough. And those window washing systems that utilize a hose just don't cut it. The guy from America's Best showed up on time on the appointed day and worked hard in the heat to produce crystal clear windows through which we can now peer at the view without squinting. Even the cats seem to enjoy staring off into space more. Perhaps they're waiting for an increased incidence of bird strikes. So, kudos to America's Best. We'll go back to them when the need arises, as it will.

The service was fine. I waited quite some time to use the coupon so I did not have any issues in terms of the scheduling because it had been six months after I bought it that I ended up using it. There was an extra charge of $2 or $3 for each window screen so I ended up paying an additional $20 or something over what I had paid for the coupon. I had no complaints about them. They showed up on time and did a good job. I understood the extra charge for the screens because the coupon was pretty clear that there could be extra charges based on things going above and beyond. I would highly recommend them. There were certain things on the windows that they told me that trying to get those things out would have been extra and they told that to me afterwards but it was not a big deal. I would probably use them again in the future if I need to.

It went well. A little misunderstanding on the price. I had heard $50.00 an hour, with a 1.5 hour minimum, but after the job was over I was told it was $50.00 an hour per man, and they showed up with two men. But after applying the Angie list discount, it only cost $30.00 more, which was worth it. They did a great job, and I would use them again.

They came in and did okay. We were happy with their service. I think that we did not pay any extra charge because we had fairly simple needs. The price was very good. It went well and they were pretty punctual. We probably would use them again in the future.

They experience was ok. He cleaned all the windows on my house, I had to pay extra because I had more windows then what was included. There were rips in a couple of my upstairs window screens on the side of the house that I had to patch after the service was completed which I didn’t notice until a week later.

They were there on time and did a good job. Very nice, professional.

Made it so I couldn't get them down without having to pay them again. Since I'd had lights hung for years, and it had never been done that way- it was obvious they wanted repeat business. I cut the lights down- it waS cheaper TO REPLACE THEM!

They arrived promptly and were courteous. They sprayed the windows and partially dried them. They were not completely dry when they finished resulting in streaking. They did not suggest working on the calcium deposits on my slider - I realize it takes extra work and costs extra but it was just ignored - I didn't pursue it.

Arrived on time. Cleaned carpets efficiently and quickly. Cleaned up. All done very professionally and thoroughly.

Work went well, workers worked really hard and seem to work as a team. They had the work done in less then a week and it was a long driveway and a large brick wall.

Once we cleared up the fact that I did not have to pay them since I had only done so, the man in charge said he never saw the type of receipt that I had shown him. For the most part, the power wash went well. The crew did clean up after themselves and left the house looking good..

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was perfect. They took a long time to come out because I had other things going on in the house. The house is big and the price of the big deal was for only 10 exterior windows, and so he charged me extra for the extra windows. The work was done well. He was good, he was not very good, because of the way he explained the extra charge.

The service was provided by a Subcontractor. Not an employee of America's Best. The young man did a good job, he was professional and on time. I think that I got lucky that the Subcontractor did good work. I won't choose this company again, I'd prefer to not work with a company that subs out their work.

Our condo is very challenging to clean the window. We are on the 3rd and 4th floors and our ceilings are 19 feet high with windows all the way up. In addition, to get at slanted windows in an office on the 4th floor, the men have to go up to the roof, lie down and use their squeegie to get at the windows. They also have to use their ladder outside against the wall to get at our 3rd floor bathroom window. Ours is not for the faint hearted. But Gilbert and Jerry, who did the windows and screens for us, did not blink an eye about this challenge. They came with tall ladders and courage and did a great job. Everything was done within 3 hours; I have had some window washers take all day and not do as professional a job. We are very pleased. This is the second time we have used this service and Gilbert is to be commended for being the primary in each occasion. We are grateful to him and to Jerry, as well as to Amanda in the office for making this happen so efficiently.

The 2 guys were courtious and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a report on how it looked up there. I would recommend them for any gutter cleaning service.

They did an okay job, but were still really expensive despite the Angie's List coupon. One window was completely missed. The interaction with the team and the supervisor wasn't particularly pleasant - there was a just a touch of surliness that I didn't understand.

It was good. They came out pretty fast right after I called them. They made it very clear that if I needed something extra that they had to charge and if I did not then I did not need any extra charges. I would refer them to others.
