That service was okay. They guys arrived and came out on a Saturday. They told us that they could do only a certain part the gutter cleaning. We had to pay them more to compete the job. They did do a reasonable job.

I was happy with that. The whole service was good. It was easy to schedule. They did a good job for me.

They were very nice and very polite during the service.

He was fabulous. He gave me advise about things that I had neglected, and keep up in the future, so it was good to know how to keep things not just clean, but also information like if the frames are not cleaned properly, the wood will rot.

Did a good job, but I was subsequently contacted several times by phone to hire a worker independently from the company for cleaning. I declined.

Punctual, professional service

The provider did not show up to do the work. I tried more than once to schedule the service and they did not show up. The price was pretty good.

It was great. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The worker did a great job and was able to fix the screens to my satisfaction. He did not even know about the screens but was still able to do it for me.

They came and the $99 was to cover a certain number of windows. I have very large windows and he said that my one large window equaled up to 4 windows. He tacked on $500 to do all of them. I had to get them done, but I was not happy with that and he did not tell me the price ahead of time. I also tried to negotiate with him. The work was fine and a lot of the windows were storm windows. The two employees were on time.

The window cleaners seemed to be going very fast, almost like they were working under pressure. They did a good job, but it seemed a little uncomfortable.

It all went very well. I had actually purchased a window-cleaning big deal which they did with the same crew. Everything went very quickly on both elements

The two men arrived at the agreed upon time and went right to work. They did a good job, which was not easy because the windows had not been cleaned on the outside for a year, due to my physical problems. They did the work quickly and thoroughly and cleaned up any supplies they had brought with them to do the job. We were completely satisfied with their work.

it was great. i had to reschedule a couple of times but this was absolutely no problem with them. i didn't even redeem the service for a long time after i bought it (because i had to leave town for work) and they were absolutely accommodating and great. every single conversation i had with the people who worked there down to the technician who came was professional, friendly and respectful. the guy who cleaned my windows did it fast, but not so fast that it was sloppy and my house looked brand new! i really wished i hadn't taken so long to do that and when i decide to do it again i will use this company.

It took a while to get the cleaning job scheduled but the serviceman arrived on the date scheduled. He arrived later the original time scheduled but I was telephonically notified of the time change. I was very pleased with the service. The window and screens were nicely cleaned and stayed clean.

We purchased an Angie's special where $259 worth of window washing was performed for $129. America's Best did a very good job and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. We also had them replace 10 screens that had sun damage.

This service was unbelievable ! The windows were amazingly clean. They wiped down all the tracks and cleaned and vacuumed the sills. I have never seen our windows as clean. They were very polite and very professional. I asked to be put on their call list because I don't want to let this company get away. I loved their service! I know that we used a coupon for the service and I forget what the cost on it was. However - what they did for our house....it was well worth any price that I would have paid.

We called them and they came out within a week. They were wonderful. They did a beautiful job and the quality lasted for quite a while.

An appointment was scheduled several times and each time there was a problem and the service was never recieved.

The price of $99.00 in their coupons is completely deceiving. Two men came so my coupon was worth 2 hours of work and the time began from the minute I answered the door. I had all my lights and decorations out but by the time they laid all the strands out in the yard and set up everything the way they wanted it, two hours was close to gone. I was told that if I wanted them to hang the lights on the house it would be $99.00 per hour per man. One thing I want to add is that all the lights were new and I had checked that all sets worked properly. At this point, I have lights laying in a rows all over my lawn and driveway but was out of time. I felt as if I had no choice and authorized 2 more hours of work and they still did not finish. Will never do that again!

They were professional and the quality of the work was great. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

It was okay. We have 12 windows and it took them a couple of hours. One tech was on the inside spotting things and the outside tech was doing the cleaning.

Arrived on time, completed cleaning of gutters, no surprises
