Came on time, assessed the amount of work needed, told me I didn't need to pay any additional charges.

Excellent service - showed up when they promised and finished the job the same day

All went well. Job was done quickly and professionally. Having them come to the house made all the difference.

They came out and were very prompt. They worked efficiently and did a great job. It was an excellent value for the service that was provided.

Called the company to schedule wash. They came out and gave me a new estimate (not the $249 they had here) and I can't recall exactly what we paid. It was quite a bit more. They scheduled to come out but didn't show up. I called them and they gave me a new date and finally came out. They kept changing prices and adding for things they should have seen the first time through. Felt a bit shady. Anyway, the work was done, they were paid, but it was a difficult and pricey transaction. However, the work was done well.

The whole operation went smoothly, they were polite, on time and helpful.

Did not include downspouts. Had no way of knowing if work performed properly.

He did a very good and thorough job. He was also very professional and courteous.

Very smoothly. We retired to the master bedroom while the work was being accomplished and then resumed our daily activities while the carpet dried.

The service provider arrived on time and performed the task quickly and left the area very neat when completed. Kept us informed of the process and progress in a professional manner.

Prompt but window-washing was not completed correctly despite numerous discussions about which windows were to be cleaned - those that were looked streaked and dirty afterwards. The crew also questioned whether they had to complete some tasks that were explicitly part of the service offering (e.g. power washing the roof). Overall not a terrible experience, but I would not use them again in the future.

It was ok. It was just a guy with some spray and papertowels. Every little thing was an extra. I ended up doing a lot of the cleaning on my own. I can't complain too much the price was reasonable. I just thought there would have been a little more work done. on the entire window. He didn't have equipment to reach some of my higher windows.

The foreman could have used some training on customer skills. And he didn't notice many spots left over by the crew. They were out of here before I spotted the streaks & had to call them back in. I would have thought that the foreman would have checked for thoroughness before letting his crew go. They then waited outside while he cleaned about 5 places that weren't done well. It was very uncomfortable.

Perfect. I would not hesitate to ask them back. I highly recommend this company. Their representative was professional and polite. He was very interested in doing a good job and completing it to our satisfaction!

It was terrible! This was a $99 "deal" supposedly worth $200+, but I wouldn't want it for $25. First, the people who did the work were not the "America's Best" company, but a local business that they contracted with, so I didn't know whose services I was actually purchasing and could not see their ratings ahead of time. I feel that this was quite deceptive. Two people came, a man who did the outside cleaning and a woman who did the inside. The man was pretty good overall, but the inside woman was completely unprofessional and the quality of the work was very bad. When I pointed out that the windows were still dirty, she would say it was "mineral deposits"; when I was able to easily clean these "deposits" with my finger, she reluctantly cleaned the window again. She wanted to STAND ON MY FURNITURE to get to the windows (!), sloshed water from the bucket all over the place, complained that she had a sprained ankle and was having difficulty climbing. When I pointed out that the screens were not properly replaced, she insisted that that's how they were supposed to be, but when I touched them they fell out. The whole attitude was argumentative and unprofessional. In the end, I just wanted them out of there. The final straw was afterward I found a white waterstain ring on my hardwood floor where she had put the bucket! I sent an evaluation to Angie's List not long after the work was done, and have been expecting them to contact me, but I guess it didn't "take", because when I opened my account today I got a request to do the evaluation of America's Best. Better late than never. I would appreciate Angie's List contacting me because I didn't get the work I paid for and expected, and would like a refund!

Did a great job on windows. They were punctual, professional, and organized. I spent $65 extra to have them clean my chandelier. I thought that was a little high and was disappointed with the results.

This was the second time I had used this company, and I found them to be very good. They arriived on time, and went to work. There was a crew of 3, 1 cleaned inside, one removed screens outside and cleaned them, and 1 cleaned to outside windows. They got everything done quickly and effeciently, and were done on about an hour. They only clean the glass and screens, though. They do not clean the tracks or sills, so be aware of that. Overall, they were gave excellent service,

Its been a while since I had the service, but overall they did a good job, but I would have expected more thorough detailing for the price.

Arrived exactly on time, carefully protected walls, banister, etc. Completed work successfully.

Ok complained that building was 3 floor with basement it is only 2 floors and basement

After cancelling previously scheduled service 2 weekends in a row, the window rescreener finally showed. I had purchased an Angie's list special for the rescreening. Realizing that this probably included only standard screen material, I asked prior to scheduling. Initially I was told by the schedulers to let the installer know my wishes. When I did, he stated that not only did the rescreening not include the sunscreen material that I was replacing, but I would have to locate and purchase it myself (an additional $70) and have it ready when he came to do the job. I would think that someone whose profession is rescreening windows would have stock on hand or could at least get it, and I was prepared to pay a materials charge. In addition, he didn't have a ladder, and needed to borrow mine. Nonetheless, the actual rescreening itself went well and the screens look fine and have held up for the past couple of months. But I did put in more time and money than I was planning.

Unfortunately the guys arrived too late to finish our job. I had told the person on the phone how large our house was, which he said was not reflected in the "public records." When the guys arrived (late), they said that they wouldn't be able to finish the job because the house was too large, and of course I had told the man on the phone booking the cleaning that it was a large house. Not a great experience.....
