when I first called the provider's office, the person I dealt with was very friendly, informative and professional, and gave me all the details I needed to make the decision to go ahead. Their technician, I think his name was Cesar, turned up about midway through the two-hour window they had given me initially. He did a quick walk through the house to verify all the details I had given the office and confirmed the costs they had given to me, then began work. About 5 hours later the work was finished. Cesar had done a great job, had worked solidly the whole way through. I was, and still am, really pleased with the results. The outside is like any other ranch style home and the walls have cleaned up beautifully, but it is the windows I am happiest with, I have over 30 windows and french doors, and they are ALL multi-paned, I guess I hadn't remembered what is was like when they are sparkling clean. All my rooms seem to have a different, cleaner, appearance. I would have no hesitation recommending this company, and fully intend to use them again when the time is right.

I called America's Best to schedule the window cleaning. It turns out that AB is a large corporation with crews in different areas to handle their work. The day before the windows were to be cleaned, AB called me and said that the team in my area could not come because they had a "legally excused abence" ( or something like that). We rescheduled and AB cancelled the second appoointment for the same reason. They offered to send another crew from out of my area but informed me it would cost me an additional $30 in travel costs. I declined, stating that that was not the original agreement and it was their problem. I finally got a call back, scheduling me with an out-of-town crew with no additional cost. They finally arrived about 1 1/2 hours late. Once they got to work, they worked quickly and efficiently. They missed some spots, but my windows were so filthy that I probably couldn't have expected perfection. During this whole process, I talked to a number of young girls who were very nice but didn't know very much about their job. Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

Overall, everything went well. The technician that came out was very nice and did a good job. For some reason my screen doors didnt work the same after he was done.

Technician was polite and professional and left no debris or mess to clean up.

Two window cleaning techs arrived in the three-hour appointment window. (We wish this could be a smaller arrival time window.) The techs weren't super communicative, but seemed very sincere and did a really nice job in very little time. We have many more than 20 windows, most of which we clean ourselves, so I placed a post-it on each window we needed professionally cleaned. They did a really nice job!

lame. Crew spoke zero English. Were Late. Did an Okay job on windows but experience left a sour taste

America's Best provided "deep cleaning" services for our 3 bed/2 bath house. We bought a Big Deal discount for this service. Overall, they were very friendly and professional. Showed up on time and checked with us before cleaning anything that might be damaged (e.g. hand finished table...). Gave them a B on quality just due to the fact that this was supposed to be a "deep clean," and there were some areas they missed, such as wiping the dust off of the baseboards, even though we had specifically mentioned that ahead of time. I had to go back through afterwards and dust them. Overall, I would use them again for the price.

The came out, did a walk around the house. Decided I had to many windows and some were to high to reach. Additonal charge because I had more than 10 windows. Clean windows but left some dirty paper towels and did not replace all the screens. I was not expecting additional charges.

Pressure cleaning does not do a thorough job, but for some second-floor windows it is the only realistic option.

Prompt, friendly service. Prices were acceptable. Was very happy with the end result. They can come on Saturdays which is helpful if the customer works all week. Work was done quickly.

Arrived in a timely manner. Very polite and friendly. Replaced the screening on 2 sliding glass doors. The screens looked great after completion. Very happy with the job performed. The only negative was that the dirty old screening was left behind. Since he had to switch from the balcony (not enough room) to the outside front entrance, he probably just forgot. We did too. We would definitely use this company again.

They did a good job - cleaned out all the gutters, removed the waste materials. They were prompt and respectful.

They did a good job of cleaning out most of the stucco. However they were unable to get some stains off and informed me that it would require a chemical treatment and the guy who did the job didnt have the details around cost, and what is involved. I reached out to their customer service department via email. They informed me that they will get back to me with the details, but never did. I would have given them a better rating had they responded to my query. But the crew was courteous and hard working.

They were on time, professional, efficient and good about making sure the job was done right. We would certainly recommend them.

Absolute professionals. Having clean windows on our second floor condos is must. America's Best lives up to their name and I'll be using them again.

I was not home at the time of the service, but my son was, and he reported that everything went fine. When I returned home, I checked the gutters and they looked very clean, and we haven't had a problem with the gutters or downspouts since. We live on a hill, and our two-story gutters are not easy to reach. The price for the work was very reasonable, and I would use this company again.

The employee showed up on time and explained the work he would be doing. He set up his cleaning equipment on our front porch, got out his ladder and went up to the lower roof so he could access the second story of windows of our townhome. He removed all window screens, first in the front of the house and then he relocated his ladder and equipment to the back of our house. He proceeded to thoroughly wash and dry the outsides of the windows before entering the house and cleaning the insides of the windows. He was very careful inside the house to not get the carpets dirty by putting down drop cloths. He worked for more than two hours cleaning the windows very thoroughly before putting the screens back on and putting all of his equipment away. The windows sparkled from the excellent cleaning job. We would definitely hire America's Best again!

He was polite, explained what needed to be done .He went and bought the tank and had it in inless than 3hrs.
