They returned my call immediately, scheduled me quickly, showed up on time, and worked quickly. They cleaned the windows inside and out and cleaned out the window sills inside. They also removed and hosed down dirty screens. I was very pleased with the results.

Father and son team showed up on time and did an overall great job. The dad worked really hard, the son was a bit lay back. I bought the window cleaning coupon from Angies Big Deal. It included clearning of 20 windows, that means 20 one sided windows. If you want to clean both sides of a window, it will count as 2. Still with the additional charge, the price was very reasonable.

He was a very nice young man, very polite, and handled everything in a professional manner. He arrived on time. He worked very, very hard, making sure that everything was perfect. The work actually took about 1-1/2 days, as the scope of the job was a little too much for one day. To sum it all up, everything was perfect! He worked very hard throughout the day(s), and kept on smiling. Lots of energy and enthusiasm for doing the job right. I will certainly hire him again, and highly recommend his services.

The workers were very punctual and came with everything they needed. We conferred on the windows to be done. Everyone was very nice and professional. The job was done very well and in a timely manner. I was very pleased with all the work accomplished.

They did not show for our first scheduled appointment but, they made up for it by replacing a second sliding glass door screen even though I scheduled for the replacement and repair of one screen door. I thought that was a professional move on their part. The tech showed up on time for our second scheduled appt and did the repairs professionally. I would use them again in the future.

Very well. "Caesar" arrived alone to do the entire job and spent the whole day here. He was a tireless worker, hardly taking a break. We had purchased Angie's coupon at $100 for $269 for window washing only but decided to power wash the house exterior for the first time. It was definitely worth the total we paid out to get it all done in one day. We even gave him a nice tip because he was such a conscientious worker.

They came at 9 and I showed them what I wanted done. There were 3 women to perform the 6hour job and they completed everything within 2 hours. They refreshed the 3 bathrooms, they cleaned the counter areas and stove in the kitchen, they dusted the adjoining family room and vacuum the carpeted areas and mopped the tile areas, they mopped the hallway, laundry room and vacuumed the bedrooms. They were professional and did their work within the time given. They left at 11.

window washing was just okay, not great. they said that the older windows in our home were too old to get them really clean and yet they didn't even do a great job on the ones identified as newer windows. but the thing that really got my goat was that they broke a ceramic piece of art that was hanging on one of the windows inside the house. nothing expensive, just a unique sentimental piece. the piece hit the ground and shattered, the guy looked at my wife with an "oh crap" look, said a sheepish "i'm sorry" and went about his business while she swept it up. it was surreal. it would have made more sense to ask her or me to move something that looked fragile (heck, we were standing right there) and a more sincere apology with an offer to do something to make up for it would have been more professional. neither happened. to be fair, they did a good job with the power washing so maybe that's where they're experts? i don't know, but in any event, we realy can't see having them back.

The vendor was very helpful in scheduling appointments and then rescheduling when I had some health problems. I scheduled 2 appointments with them for late April/early May 2013 which they cancelled both times the day before the scheduled appointment. They indicated that there was a car problem with the local crews and they would get back to me when the problem had been sorted. I never heard back. Thus the request for a refund,

Company did a really good job in cleaning my gutters. They were on time and went right to work and worked hard the entire time. They did a great job, were courteous, friendly, and professional. Very Pleased

The provider was punctual and proceeded with the work quickly, and was finished in a couple of hours. While the work at first seemed fairly good, I have since noticed various defects in the workmanship. Specifically, many of the aluminum screen frames are bent in the center leaving small gaps around the outside of the frames. This allows insects to get inside, whereas this was not the case before the installation. It appears that the new screening fabric was pulled to tightly, causing the frames to bend in the center. I would have expected more attentiveness to this issue from a professional installer. I would not recommend this company.

They arrived at 7am in the morning in a unmarked truck...no business cards. The day before I did not receive a confirmation that they were coming. I was fearful to let these 3people in my home because they were not dressed in uniforms indicting they worked for the company. These individuals were contracted to do this job. I called the company and explained why I didn't use their services

Repair went as planned. No surprises.
