They showed up on time and did an excellent job. My windows and screens were beautiful.

America's Best arrived on time and proceeded to clean all the gutters on my house before the winter storms and after all the leaves had fallen for the fall. They did a great job and were very personable.

The gentleman was very friendly and polite. He did an OK job with the cleaning ... not stellar, but good. He wasn't able to finish the first day and it took a bit of work to get him back. But he eventually came back and finished the job.

Went smoothly. Did not take too much time and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Suggested I do screens as well which makes sense to help keep the windows clean.

The person that showed up was very nice and professional. He took care of the screens very quickly and they all turned out great. He also did a great job repairing the damaged frames.

They cleaned the gutters but then left the debrie all on the ground. I had to call them to come back out to clean up. I was concerned that they were walking on my tile roof and could cause tile to be broken. Would have felt more comfortable had they given me all the details up front about the work process.

America's Best drove to my house, they were on-time. They greet me, 2 guys clean clothes and company t-shirt. They wiped their shoes before entering my house. They were friendly and respectful. They built the screens outside on the street, on-top of a tarp that was placed over the ground. The screens installed and fit perfect. They handed me a bill and I paid.

I called to make an appt. and left two messages before receiving a callback. The repairman did not show up for the appt. nor did not receive a call on why. We did re-schedule for the next day. The repairman did remove all screens and re-screened them on site. The screens were re-installed and all debris was cleaned up. Although we got off to a rocky start, I was pleased with results and would hire again.

This was a while back and I swear I have reviewed this provider already - nearer to when the work was performed. But anyway, they arrived early on the day allotted and proceeded to clean the inside and outside of all my windows. They removed the screens and then put them back when finished. I found watching their squeegee techniques fascinating. An excellent job was performed.

We had to request that the contractor come back to finish the job. We did not notice that many window screens had been damaged until after they left. We had to pay an additional cost to have the windows and screens cleaned. I wish that I had not. I am not sure of the date when the service was provided. I would NOT recommend this company.

They came out and did a fantastic job on all the windows and even cleaned out the gutters for me. I had them come out once before and the work was not very good, but this time they came out and did a great job. They re-cleaned the gutters for me and totally redeemed themselves. I was very happy with the work.

Crew showed up at front door with no identification. They washed outside of windows and I had to repeatedly point out areas on windows that hadn't been cleaned. Finished product was not quality. There were many streaks and smears. When finished they presented a bill that did not give the discount on additional windows that had been promised when buying the service. They were not professional in attitude or service

America's Best arrived on time and completed the cleaning in about three hours. No streaks or drips.

We have a large house and didn't necessarily expect to have the whole house cleaned in the time which was purchased. So we asked the providers to focus on the bathrooms, kitchen, cleaning the hardwood floors, and vacuuming. Although they did these things and made some improvements, the quality was not up the level that we had received from our former housecleaner. The bathrooms were not that clean, the hardwood floors were sticky, and the kitchen still had areas that we had to clean later. Will probably find an independent, dependable house cleaner like we had before.

The gutter cleaning work was fine. I was charged an additional amount above what was advertised in the deal because I was told that there was additional square footage to clean. This surprised me because my house is small, only 1,700 sq. feet total. I paid the additional $$, but realized only after the work was done that a whole section of gutter (total length of one side of the house) did not need to done because there are no trees along that side of the house and not enough debris to cause a problem. I thought I should have been told by the worker's that the work was not needed. That would have easily kept the price within the deal offer.

ON time. Provided me install options and went to work with no time wasted.

They were courteous, efficient, and did a great job.

We had more windows than the deal provided for, so we had to negotiate a price for them to finish all the windows. My husband ended up helping them but we were still charged for all of the work.

They never provided the service.

Bought one of the Angie's List coupon. Figured I would try the service. Took a while to nail down an appointment date. Than, the week of the service, the gal called and had to change the date. I was waiting for the crew to show up. Had to call the gal to track the crew down, to see if they are going to show up. The crew arrived late. As they show up, they said that the deal is for large simple pane windows, my windows, would cost more. At the point, we waited, the crew is here, I ended up negotiating the price to get my windows done. A lot more than what I expect to spend. They spend hours cleaning my windows and screens. Even offered to clean my garage door. They did a nice job. But, I would not use them again. I need a company that is more reliable and straight forward on the pricing.

I was very pleased with the person who performed the work. He was very professional and did a good job. I would definitely use their services again.

They arrived on time. Very pleasant and professional. When they were finished my windows were so clean it looked the windows were not even there! I first used them in 2012 and was so pleased that I had them come back in 2013. They never disappoint. I will hire them again in 2014.

Price was very reasonable and the initial schedule went easy. Team had to come back twice as they didn't have the right ladder and when they did install the lights, some of them ended up falling down. Six months later we were still finding the christmas light clips all over the driveway. I guess you get what you pay for.
