It went fine. The person had to come back two or three times, because he didn't have enough supplies and that kind of stuff. But in the end he did a really good job. We paid $20 more, but he did an extra screen so it seemed reasonable.

The team arrived slightly early, about 10 minutes, which was great. Everyone got to work on the job they were assigned. The team worked quickly & did an excellent job.

Work was finally accomplished, and it was done okay, but never apologized for the mix up in the dates.

The man did a fairly good job. It would have been nice if I had seen the spots on the exterior glass before the next day. To far to travel back from Santa Clarita. I always have to pay and extra $20 or $25 for travel. It would be nice if they could put two or three jobs together and eliminate that extra fee. I think I'll look for someone closer to home. It always seems that it's a production to get the windows washed. I could do it myself, it;s not that difficult.

Not very pleased. The cleaning that was done was good but they were very slow & didn't get half of what we needed done. They were very nice & if the price was better we would hire them back.

The provider cleaned the windows. I see the deal was for an interior and exterior clean. I thought the deal was for an interior and exterior window clean. I was rushed and didn't check. The cleaner wanted extra dollars to do interior and then extra to do screens. I thought all of that was included. But I didn't have time to check because I was rushed for other activities. I had him do just the exterior because I didn't want to pay extra. The window wash was adequate. I am upset that he didn't follow the big deal I bought. The situation was harried. Whenever I buy a big deal in future, I will print out the terms of the big deal, when I schedule the appointment with provider I will review terms of big deal to make sure both I and provider know what I've paid for.

Excellent service - no problems

Overall did decent job but lacked professionalism and attention to detail. The two chaps who carried out the work were v nonchalant and I had to point out large visible blemishes that they had missed. Did rectify any overlooked spots without any argument or 'attitude' though. The rep I spoke to initially to book my appt was borderline rude and misinformed me about available dates. She told me they were fully booked beyond Christmas but when I phoned back for a cancellation I was told there was full availability! V poor customer service.

They did a good job and didn't make any fuss.

We were very pleased with their service and professionalism. It took more time than I expected, but that was because I hadn't thought about how large and inaccessible some of our windows are. But they took that in stride and were careful of our landscaping outside, and out furnishings indoors. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family. We will undoubtedly use them again in the future.

They arrived on time, were very conscious of not letting the animals out of the house and did a good job. They did however bring a new employee to help, and he was not so careful about bumping walls. I had a few blue marks on my walls from where the hose was banged. These marks cleaned up okay, but they should have been more careful.

were punctual. showed up on time. very polite. I am assuming all areas of gutter were cleaned. of course I didn't climb up to check. The problem was, they left big piles of debris, that they had scooped out of the gutters, on the ground all around the house. I wouldn't use them again.

Arrived on time. Were very professional. Did a thorough job of cleaning outside of all my windows. Would use them again.

Crew of 3 arrived on-time and were very efficient in getting screens down and windows ready for washing. Screens and multi-pane windows required an additional charge, which will not outrageous, was more than expected. Generally, the windows looked clean and the house power-washing was also effective. Services were completed in about 2 hours.

Used our vacuums and never emptied them, did not do windows on the inside. Much more, but I have already given Angie's list a write up on these individuals, yet they keep sending me surveys on them. When I did give them a bad review, they countered with excuses. All they did well, is clean our fans.

The two employees showed up on time and checked the gutters for leaves. They did not find any.

Needless to say it went poorly. I was supposed to get a full eight hours of "deep" cleaning. After about two hours of mediocre cleaning, they said they were almost done with my 2 bed 1 bath. I showed them the dust they failed to clean and asked them to actually do a deep cleaning. An hour later, they said they were done. Still wasn't a deep cleaning but I didn't want to spend time educating them on the meaning of the word so I asked them to work on the yard. They actually took that opportunity to leave. I called America's Best (really?) and to let them know what happened and they offered me a "complimentary" additional four hours, which is merely what I paid for - a total of eight. When I rescheduled, they denied the hours until I escalated it to the manager who remembered but didn't put the notes in the system. They referred me to a team of one woman (not what I paid for) to work with to schedule directly. She stood me up. Two hours after she was supposed to arrive she called to let me know she had car trouble. We rescheduled for the next day. She stood me up again, hours after she was suppoed to arrive, again, car troubles, again. I cancelled my plans to accommodate her schedule. I called America's Worst to let them know what happened and they refused to help me reschedule again, said I could only work with the regional manager to reschedule since my case has been "escalated." GREAT way to work with someone who has had a bad experience - make it harder for them to find a solution. So I played phone tag with the regional for a week then went out of town. When I got back, I called the main company and asked them to provide my availability to the regional manager, and if they couldn't accommodate my schedule, then I give up. Never heard back.

Showed up on time, performed the window cleaning as described. Fast, efficient, and professional throughout.

The two gentlemen who arrived on time were great - nice, efficient, personable. We have hired this company to do the same service before and were great the last time as well. We have ALOT of windows, some very high up since it's a 3 story house, so it takes quite awhile to get it all done. They did a great job and we are very happy!

this is the fifth time i've tried to enter this review....this starting to feel like harrassment

Vendor arrived on time and notified me of the additional costs for a two story house.

Did a good job, they were late, I had to leave before the work was performed, (they cleaned the gutters when no one was home) but besides that everything went well. Easy to deal with, I would use them again.
