I was not impressed with their work. They didn't do that good of a job and the whole house smelled like bleach. When they left.

Other than lack of calling to tell us they wouldn't come because of weather, they ultimately did the job and did fine.

The service provided was fine. They did a good job. The problem was that I had many more windows than they allowed in that deal and then it cost little too much to continue so that's the reason I'm not doing that again. The deal has ten windows, I just used it for the outside window that way I could have ten windows but I have five more so I ended up paying more than $200. The only problem was the price. The price seemed a little high for what I got but I understand everybody is different and the quality was good.

They cleaned the windows, inside and out. Did a good job. No streaks. No water spots.

Did a great job and was fair about pricing. The woman representative on the phone (when scheduling) said we had a bigger house than covered by the deal however when the gentleman got to our house to do the work, he said that it was within the size limits.

They cleaned the gutters but in the process they dirtied the windows from the debris from the gutters. The crew seemed unresponsive or take responsibility for cleaning up the debris.

They arrived on time with 3 people to deep clean the house. They worked quickly and thoroughly. I was pleasured with their work.

The crew arrived on time. They set up ladders and did a fine job cleaning out our leafy 2nd floor and 1st floor gutters. We have a greater length of gutters than covered in the Angie's list offer so there was a reasonable extra charge. st- The crew did an excellent job and we expect to use them again.

I was very impressed. It was one guy who showed up-- he was incredibly professional and did a stellar job. I would absolutely recommend America's Best for window cleaning. And I would definitely have them come back when we need this service again.

They showed up a little late, but did an excellent job. There's no way I could afford their services on a regular basis, though.

Complete and professional job on difficult property with no upselling. An inexpensive luxury.

House was cleaned and looked very nice. Nothing super special or above and beyond but my expectations were met and I was satisfied with the service I received.

Two guys arrived to clean the windows. Very friendly. Definitely would again use this service.

Scheduling went without a hitch and they showed up promptly. They needed a taller ladder to reach some of the higher windows and they came back the following day (a Sunday, no less) to finish the job. We had more windows than allowed under the special deal, and there was an extra charge due to the paned windows. However, this was all discussed upfront with a breakdown of the extra charges.

While cleaning the gutters; he discovered that I had a drainage problem because the house builder did not install the gutters completely. And, he noticed that the leaves from my neighbor's trees were clogging another section of the gutters. He then cleaned the leaves from the gutters and solved a problem that I had with a foul odor coming through a downstairs's bathroom drain.

While cleaning the windows upstairs they broke some tiles. Overall, it was a good experience. They were extremely friendly and polite.

They were busy, but they worked us in. We provided the lights. We did not have any problems and are looking to hire them again.

Scheduling was a problem. the first time they were to come, they called at the time of the appointment and said the truck had broken down so they wouldn't be able to keep the appointment. I had taken the day off so I was unhappy. However, the company did agree to honor the coupon after the expiration date since it was so close. There were also some scheduling gymnastics that followed, but the representative that showed up for the final appointment was very nice, efficient, helpful, and did a good job.

Service was prompt, efficient, and well done. It's window washing - not too sure what else to add. I had no issues and would not hesitate to use them again.

I paid for the service in the spring but did not schedule until this month. The work was to be done Tuesday, October 1. This morning I received a phone call that the people America's best used in this area have left the service, and that they have no one to do the pressure washing. They have put me on "hold" for now. I also purchased 2 hour of electrical service at the same time and did not notice the August 13 expiration date. Lost my $$. I will be very careful to fall for a "big deal" again!!

They were on time and courteous. The windows were quite dirty and they got them pretty clean. The house is a two story and they had to climb on the roof to get to some of the windows. We cautioned them about walking on the cemshakes as they are somewhat fragile. After they were finished I checked the roof and did not see any damage to the shingles, but where they placed the ladder to get onto the roof the rain gutter was bent. Outside of the bent gutter everything went fine.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. My experience was fine. He did a good job. There were additional charges besides the $129 but we discussed it before they arrived. It is a one storey home but there are quite few windows. It was all good. The quality of the service was good. I wouldn’t use them again not because they were horrible but I don’t need that service.

The America's Best service reps in California were friendly, but unfortunately helpless. Their process is to create "tentative" appointments and then confirm once they hear back from the local contractor. Both of my tentative appointments were cancelled the day before service because they were not able to reach their local Philadelphia contractor. It took about a month to figure out that this contractor was no longer associated with America's Best. The fact that their contractor bailed on them is not their fault, but their scheduling model needs to be updated.
