Great! They did an excellent job. I've used another company several times, but from now on will use America's Best only, as they were more professional and did a much better job.

The service provider rescheduled several times and at this point that I would prefer to get a refund rather than trying to make it work with this service provider.

We initially had this scheduled and they were not able to do it. The subcontractor was the problem. We tried to schedule it and was not able to find a date that worked. I am seeking a refund from Angie's List.

They were punctual and professional. They did leave some electrical tape behind, but minor thing.

I used this company in the past and had a coupon for a special discount rate. I did encounter scheduling problems; the worker did not show during the scheduled window and no one from the company called to let me know there was any delay. I notified them and finally settled on the following day, after several back and forth calls indicating that they would be late, they would be later, they could not make it at all. The worker showed up on the second day on time, did a complete estimate on-site based on our window configuration, added two skylights and did a very nice job, cleaning all window sills, too. The quality of the work on-site was great but the customer service from the office could have been more proactive

It went well although the crew was rather large for the job. Trim was not perfect and some bubbles were evident which I was able to squeeze out. It has been a year and a half since the installation and the tint is holding up well.

Very polite and hard working. They really stuck to the "deal" - we negotiated the windows that would be included (by each side). Should have had them do a few more.

They had very good customer service. The technician they sent out was professional, courteous, and cleaned up when he was done. I would use them again.

Was not impressed at all. This seemed very much a loose and shady operation. First off, I bought a deal for certain number of windows. Only to find out certain windows counted for more than 1. They wanted to charge me extra for the other. Workers were not impolite, but not exactly professional either. The quality of work and attention to detail was nothing to brag about. Windows were "cleaner", as they would be if anyone had taken the time to power wash a window, but certainly didn't feel it was worth the money

Very good. They came out and asssed the size of the house, and explained what the pre-purchased special covered and what I needed in addition to what I already bought. They were very professional (did what they said they would do) and prompt/courteous. No issues whatsoever.

They put the lights up incorrectly. I had given specific instructions). So they charged me for the time it took them to correct their mistake. All on all they were unprofessional. And about half the lights have fallen off. I had lights hung in the trees where I lived before and they in place for several years.

They never showed up or called.

Really good service on both the telephone setting up the appointment and by the service person doing the repairs. Very reputable and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs screen repairs. Great deal also.

The provider arrived on time, ready to get to work. After asking a couple of questions about the service and explaining what the service included, the provider and his partner got right to work. They finished up in the time they estimated and cleaned everything up after themselves. The only evidence they were there were my sparkling windows and nice, clean siding!

They were again all 'A's and I am about to hire them again. I paid them a little extra like $ 50 for a few extra windows. My Windows now look absolutely beautiful and without any streaks. They were also really quick and very fast and, the service provider had a great attitude.

Did a good job. No complaints. Sorry for the late review. Used Angie's List coupon for service.

Everything went smoothly in purchasing the deal, but when I attempted to get the actual work performed, things fell apart. I was given an initial appointment date, which was then changed before I even had a chance to write it on my calendar. The night before the actual work was to be performed, I received an email cancelling the appointment. I called the provider the next morning, and was told they couldn't commit to a new date. A few days later, they gave me a new appointment, but then cancelled that one as well a few days later, saying that they had no idea when they'd be able to do the work. Since then, two more weeks have passed, and they still say (as of yesterday) that they cannot commit to a new date. I've certainly waited long enough.

Setting up the appointment was a hassle. I called and emailed several times and no one called or emailed back. finally I reached them and settled on a day. I told them I could not be there at the time they specified but I could be there 30 minutes later. The gal who set up the appointment said she would put that in the appointment information so they would know. A dispatch person called me at the original time to say the workers were at my house and that they were going to leave as I was not there. I explained about the appointment time then asked them to do the job and wait for me which they did. The workers were quick and did the job well. If the scheduling was better, it would get a better rating.

The first time I called for an appointment they gave me a tentative appointments because they had a big job that day and weren't if they could make. That was fine but they never got back to me to let me know they were not coming. When I called them they were very sorry and said some how it had dropped through the cracks. When they did come the following week, the work was done quickly and they looked very good. I have used this company in the past and this is the only time I have had this happen.

Washed 3 bedroom windows - a total of 12 panes of glass - each pane and each side counts as 1 window regardless of size. My main concern was the upstairs windows. He was unable to remove the screens so he lifted the windows out in order to wash the outsides. He came late in the afternoon and by then the windows were in shade. It wasn't until the next (sunny) day that it was obvious that the windows were far from clean - streaks and rag marks.

They were prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Well, they washed the windows quickly and efficiently and were very polite and nicely dressed.
