Very professional, exceptional quality of work

They were overbooked and told me that they were unable to send someone the morning that I scheduled the installation. Later that day they were able to send someone to hang the lights. The 2 man team that they sent were very professional and quick. They were able to hang the lights from my 2nd story roof in less than an hour and a half. I would definitely use again!

They did very well. I told the dispatcher that I had a big house and it was 5500 square feet and that would take a long time to clean and I guess she didn't hear me or disregarded it or whatever, they thought they could do it in an hour and a half and they couldn't. It took a good 3 to 4 hours to do the work and they did the work but there was some confusion there.

I was later told that the provider had a family emergency, but on the day they were supposed to show, I kept being told they were on their way. Pretty frustrating since I waited all day and they never arrived.

One of the two technicians was very inexperienced and I had to redo many of the windows myself after they left.

The provider was punctual. He reminded me that cleaning the screens was an additional cost. Then informed me that many of my screens needed to be replaced. He said that Angie's list should have explained this more clearly in the original offer to customers. After I added on the cost of purchasing new screens, he began to wash my windows. He did a very good job on washing the windows. However, he started to talk with my neighbor about some future work before he finished the job at my house. He spent 30-45 minutes with one of my neighbors who wanted an estimate for some work at his house. This neighbor was discussing a job that would have been more lucrative than what I was paying him to do. He should have had the discussion with the neighbor after finishing the job at my house- not during the job.

We spoke with them several times to schedule service; they put us off at first because they had no one available. Then they put us off because their truck was not running. Then they finally set a date (Oct 22) and then called the day before (Oct 21) and said they would be unable to provide the service because they no longer had anyone in our area. I called AL and discussed this with Rob G. He asked if I wanted AL to try and find another vendor and I agreed. The following day I got this refund request and never heard back on another vendor. At this point, I just want my refund.

I really cannot rate the service provider because I did not have any direct contact with them. I bought the deal thinking that it would be nice to get the windows cleaned last fall. However, as it turned out we embarked on a dusty clean-out and remodeling job that is taking longer than I expected, and it did not make sense to get the windows cleaned in the middle of that so I never made arrangements to use the deal.

It went great! They were quick and were there on time.

Upon arrival, was advised we had received a "bonus" as the "Ten Thousandth customer". This added a cleaning of 10 additional windows (difficult to determine if this was strictly a promotional deal or not). In any event, all 30 windows (or screens) were cleaned promptly and professionally. The lead person was most cordial and conducted the visit very professionally. Would consider using them again, particularly if a promotional deal was available....

They were really good. There was a problem with one of the screens and they came back and re-did it. I purchased the deal on January 2nd and they didn't charge me anything extra. I would give them all A's.

It wasn't quite as good as I thought it would have been but they still did a good job. I paid extra for extra work but that was fine.

I scheduled the window washers from America's Best, Inc., but it rained on the days we scheduled, then the weather got too cold, and then the crew stopped working in my area. They did attempt to reschedule with me before they discontinued service, but we could not get a date good for both parties, so I give them a C for trying.

Not great. Of course there were many rules about why the lower price didn't apply, and add on fees. Much more expensive than a previous company, who did my whole house and screens for the same price.

I ordered the deal . They came out and saw we had construction in our community and suggested we wait because it would be a waste of our money. They told me to call when construction was done and they would honor my deal price. Four months later, I made my appointment, they came out and cleaned all windows inside and out on three floors. They were efficient, quick and fair. The deal price was $99 for 20 windows inside or outside or 10 inside & outside. I ask for a price for all windows inside and out and she said she would do them for $99.00 which I thought was a fair price. I was pleased with their work and their honesty. They could have just done the windows with all the construction arounD and the.n I would have had to pay again but the didn't!t. I would use them again

the company pressure washed the house and cleaned windows. They did a good job.

He called and asked if he could came a day early because someone else cancelled. I was leaving in the afternoon but he got the job done in time.

Very thorough and professionally done; however, i thought the price was a little bit too high/expensive.

After a little scheduling snafu, we were able to get the service provided. I will say that the local provider went above and beyond with his services. This was not a simple cleaning and needed to remove many screens. Beware of extra service charges depending on where you live in the Philadelphia Area. I am being charged a travel charge for most anything from the "America's Best" contractor. It has typically been a $35 charge even though I live in southern Chester County.

Dreadful. They spent less than an hour on 22 windows, leaving streaks and spots.

It wasn't very good. He left marks on the windows so it wasn't a good experience. They came out within 2 or 3 weeks after I called them. I paid the value of the deal but then I found out that the deal was for the inside and not the outside so I had to pay extra. It was not good.
