The windows were cleaned reasonably (although not extraordinarily) well. It was a decent enough job, but I think I'll save the money & clean my own windows in the future.

The representative showed up on time and was friendly and professional. He completed the work to my total satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking to hire a window cleaner in the future.

They did a good job at taking our Xmas lights down and organizing them for us so we could easily put then away.

The subcontractor was a college student who did the bare minimum while cleaning partial gutters at my house. If I had known the provider was going to be a college student and a subcontractor at that, I would not have purchased the serve. Another thing that disappointed me was that I contacted the provider on the weekend thinking they would be out the next day. The subcontractor didn't show up until Tuesday; however, I had to pay the provider in advance. I felt I had been duped by the provider. I cannot recommend this provider at all!

Used AMERICA'S BEST INC through the Big Deal for 100 linear feet gutter cleaning service for $99. They came on time and completed the work in about 2 hours with two guys. My house is a two stories structure so I had them clean partial of the second floor gutter and first. Had them remove a bird nest as well. Cost me an additional $1.15 per linear feet which I did mot add to the cleaning service. Overall I was happy with the service. I will use them again on the next deal around.

They did a great job. Parts of the eaves were 30 feet off the ground, so it wasn't a small feet. They are great. They come when they are suppose to and they do the job relatively quickly. We run a business out of our home, so they have to be discreet and quiet and they do a great job. The price is fine.

They were very professional. They handled my cancellation very well even though it was a far drive with short notice.

Not good at all. I do not recommend this company for anyone to use. Save yourself a major headache and use another company for window washing. You will be happy you did.

When he arrived, he did not have the proper ladder to reach the top floor windows, so he place a smaller ladder on top of his car and then proceeded to climb up the ladder to be able to reach the top windows. That seemed very dangerous to me. He did do a decent job on the windows, but there was alot of hassle involved in the process between him being very late and the ladder situation

Vendor contact was easy and efficient, workers arrived on time, performed the cleaning in a timely manner, and did some small needed repairs. Overall, everything went very well.

It went well, no complaints. I would use them again.

I sent an email to schedule service on (the preferred method to schedule) on 12/21 and did not hear back for a week, they emailed back on 12/28 asking where I was located. I sent an email back letting them know where my house is and I did not hear back from them for about a week. I did eventually get a husband and wife "crew" out , from 2 hours away, the arrived late and left early to "pick a kid up from school", I made it clear that I wanted every "public" room gone over so it looked presentable, basic vacuuming, dusting etc as I was having people over after a funeral in 2 days. Instead I got 1/4 of the house VERY clean and 3/4 untouched, so I had to find the time to do it myself. The rooms they cleaned were done very well, but plan on having then out for 4 days in a row if you need a whole large house cleaned.

Two workers arrived ahead of schedule and knocked on the door promptly at the scheduled time. While the work was done quickly and without issue, the quality was so-so, leaving streaks and dusty window frames. This team did not go above and beyond.

I tried to schedule cleaning services with this company two different times, admittedly both were within fairly tight time frames. They tried to provide a crew to do the work, but both times were unable to do so. They suggested I get a refund on the deal.

The crew was polite and professional, but they arrived an hour late without calling ahead and seemed to rush through the work. They were actually at the house for less than an hour. They did, however, help me to remove a bug from the house which I appreciated.

The installers were very friendly and very professional. They installed Xmas lights for my live oak tree on the 2nd story balcony. "They got the work done quickly. I am very satisfied.

I think the deal was misleading and it was basically to get them out there so they could charge more than beyond the deal.

They were on time and repaired my screens in very professional manner. I'm happy with my two new sliding door window screens.

I don't remeber the date, but I informed Angies List of the situation and received a refund on my credit card, for the 2 I had purchased.

There were some snafus as to scheduling. The main company is in California and scheduling and original payment is handled through them. The work was done by a company here in Houston, and there seemed to be a bit of disconnect between the two as per scheduling. I thought we were scheduling the cleaning, but the local crew no showed or was very late and only showed up to look at the job and set another date to come back and actually clean the windows. The cleaning on the selected windows was ok. The special deal was for x number of windows (I believe it was 20), and I was a bit surprised to learn that there were additional charges for paned windows versus plain windows, some windows counted as 2 or 3 windows, as well as screens not being included in the price. I opted to pay an additional amount to clean additional windows and for screens to be cleaned as I didn't want to put dirty screens back over clean windows. I also had some screen repairs done on existing frames and they were done fine. The folks were nice and did a good job on the windows, the only problems were the scheduling changes (no shows) and the fact that there was an individual charge for each little thing as mentioned above. I'd much rather have an all inclusive bid in the future so that I don't feel like I'm being nickle and dimed as the job proceeds. As for the scheduling, in the local company's defense, Houston is a very large city, and their main office in California who was doing the scheduling may not have realized how long their previous job would take and how long it would take them to get to my house.

Excellent. Professional, well-mannered, worked hard from start-to-finish, was very neat & thorough. I had purchased a coupon (not Angie's List) & was so impressed that I wanted his business to be posted for Angie's members.
