Never used their service. Would still like to use the house cleaning service if still available since I paid for it.

They were wonderful. After house was built, right before we rented it out, they came out and did great cleaning before we started showing it.

They did a good job, but I ended up having to pay an additional $60 for the extra gutters that needed to be cleaned.

They power washed the outside windows, 4 or 5 young men came and washed them > I paid the extra to do the sky light > i have pella windows with the screens inside so that part was not included. They washed the exterior windows very quickly and left. It is an efficient operation. They let me reschedule to a later date.

They did such a good job that I have since hired them again. They are great!

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was good. They did a good job. They did the job, I didn't have any complaints. I don't have any negative thoughts right now.

The service was excellent. This was the third time, that we have had them. I have been very satisfied with the work. The guys come on time, they work very fast, and they are very pleasant to talk to. The price was moderate.

Fine...It took about 20min. The windows were cleaned and looked fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out well. There were no extra charges. It was fine. They were easy to work with. If you're looking for window washing, power washing, and those types of services, I think their company is well worth looking at. Everything was fine. They were easy to work with and they were professional.

It went well. They did a very good job and I would use them again. They came, did what they said they were going to do and it was good.

Had a hard time getting them scheduled to come out. Once they did, though, the guy they sent did a good job.

We purchase a big deal from America's Best Inc for rescreening up to six 5x5 windows. It was a very good deal. They come out within a week and they redid the screens. They just charge the $99 deal. It went very well. I would say there was screen that was bent and not put on right and they came back and fix it immediately. The staff and customer service was excellent. They arrive promptly and did the job, were in and out and they did a thorough job.

I was not there during both services. The service was fine but I wish I could have been there to tell them exactly what I wanted cleaned.

They did a really good job. It went very well. It makes a big difference and it knocks down the spider webs. He explained the type of pressure that they used. They were careful so that they did not peel the paint off. I would use them again.

It went fine. I do not remember the exact date that we worked with them but it was probably within 30 days of getting the coupon. They did exactly as advertised. There were no problems and they did a good job. There were also no additional charges on top the big deal.

They were conscientious, they were prompt, they talked to me about the different issues pertaining to the windows, and they did the job, and they were very efficient. They didn't take long.

We purchased this deal to have all of our windows cleaned. We had not been in our home for approximately six months, due to our son having a heart transplant. We contacted America's Best at the time we purchased the deal and set a date for the work to be done. We were having quite a bit of work done so we could bring our son home (and the house was dusty/dirty/not lived in) and we were trying to schedule all of the work within the same period so that one of us would be able to be at our house while the other was with our son at a condo we had rented near the hospital. When I called to confirm the appointment (the day before it was scheduled,) they could not find it on their books. I had the name of the person that I spoke with, the date and the time of the call, but they did not have the appointment. They were apologetic, but the best they could do was one week later. This messed up the plan with other providers, and I ended up having to change several other appointments as a result. I had been told that there were additional charges for things like over-sized windows, second story windows, french doors, bay windows, screens, etc., and I went over with the appointment setter/phone estimator my windows one by one and came up with a price, which was approximately $80 more than the deal. When they arrived, they suddenly couldn't do my screens because they are invisible screens which roll out when the windows are open. Rather than charge me for bay windows, they charged for over-sized multi panel, inflating the price. I had specifically discussed the inside and outside of the windows, but according to the person doing the cleaning, the price was for one or the other. I called to the company and was able to negotiate a deal on the phone, but it was still quite a bit more ($100.!!) than what I had been expecting. She then told me that for next time, they offer better deals w/out using the Angie's Deal. What is the point of that? I have not called them again, and likely will not.

They were great. They were quick. They did a very good job and they were very professional. I thought their price was very fair. We had extra windows that the "Big Deal" didn't cover.

Showed up on time. Had all the equipment. Courteous and polite. Did a good job. Service was quick and efficient.

It was a good experience. I thought that they were a bit slow, but pretty thorough and a fairly good speed. The price was competitive, I would not say it was a bargain, but it was reasonable.
