Description of Work: This was my first time using America's Best Window Cleaners. I purchased the Angies List Big Deal Coupon supposedly getting a $259.00 value for only $139.00. That exceptional value is for only 20 windows outside only. Any windows above that quantity costs $5.00 per window outside only. The man who came finished the 20 windows in 40 minutes. He did not clean more than average quality. I ended up paying an additional $198.00 for the rest of my 50 outside windows to be cleaned. I do not have a two story house. This was not a good value at all from my perspective. He finished a total of 66 windows in less than two hours. That is why the quality was less than expected. I called them and told the lady I was disappointed with the price and value.

Description of Work: All of the home's windows and glass doors, and gutters were cleaned. This is a view home, built on a steep hillside, with lots of hard to reach glass. I was pleased, and am still enjoying the service provided. I did no price comparison so cannot evaluate the price and do not remember the precise amount paid. It was more than I hoped to spend, but I wanted a high quality job. The ratings on Angie's List for this company were very high, so I relied on that.

Description of Work: Washed all windows in the house. Pressure washed 1,000 sq feet tile patio. Quoted removal of calcium deposits on tiles. They could not remove the deposits and did not charge for the service. The workers were professional, polite and responsive.

Description of Work: First, the actual worker was on time and polite. BUT the company didn't tell him what to do, and I had to call and straighten it out. ALSO I had confirmed that they would send the crew for window washing at the same time, since I had to take off from work. That didn't happen. Again I had to call and an hour later I'm still waiting for the crew. I'll review them separately. Finally, Big Deal?? No. I paid $119 for 1 hour Of basic labor. I hope the worker gets $80 an hour because otherwise the profit margin is ridiculous. I

Description of Work: The windows and screens were PERFECTLY cleaned. The didn't wipe out all of the running tracks for the sliders, but there wasn't a streak on any of my windows. I have 5 sliders and 15 windows (Two are very large) and three glass doors (one with french windows). There were two young kids who cleaned inside and outside of all my windows and I gave them each a $20 tip. They worked so hard. Overall, I was very happy. Usually I use a guy I pay slightly less to, but still feel that I got a good deal and an EXCELLENT job. I didn't realize the big deal didn't inlcude outside, inside and screens so I was a little put off at first. The owner made me a fair deal to do all the work and I am a satisfied customer. So overall, I paid a little more than I would have, but they did a great job. Thanks!

Description of Work: I recently bought a house with Aluminum windows that had not been cleaned, ever. I have a two story house with two sliding glass doors and a sky light. Desiree returned my call promptly and was able to schedule the cleaning the same day. They did an excellent job, I was amazed at how clean they were able to get my windows. They scraped off old paint, cleaned the screens and we able to access difficult spots. I highly recommend them.
