Description of Work: Cleaned the gutters. They were great except they used my ladder, left it up and leaning against the gutter. If I could manage the ladder, I would have cleaned the gutters myself. I had to have someone else take it down and fold it up for me. Otherwise, they tidied up very well afterwards.

Description of Work: America's Best is reasonably priced, punctual, very professional and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They sent 3 people and since the deal was for 8 hours, the crew of 3 would be there for about 2 1/2 hours. They worked very hard and cleaned very fast. Good work although lead by the man of the crew - the others were 2 women. I would definitely use them again but I think that 185 is too expensive right now.

Description of Work: Our gutters were clogged and as soon as we called them they came over in a few days and on time and were very professional and helpful. We were very happy with the job and will continue to use them in the future. We have even recommended them to people we know. We have run into many companies that have tried to charge us way beyond the deal we got from this great company. Very very happy!

Description of Work: Company didn't show when originally scheduled. Finally I called to learn that they weren't coming. When they did arrive (following week) didn't have the height ladder needed to properly clean windows. Didn't return patio furniture back to patio-after cleaning-probably wouldn't refer

Description of Work: When I signed up for the deal, I did not see anywhere where it was stated that this was just for one side of the windows. The statement was for whole house window cleaning, including window seals. This means to me that the entire house, inside and out would be cleaned for $99.00. When the window washer came, he stated that he was only doing the outside? I said why and he stated that, that was the deal. I asked him why no one even asked me wheather I wanted inside or outside. He stated that was Angie's mistake. I called America's Best and spoke to Amanda. She stated that when I booked the window cleaning that she told me that it was for 20 windows and either inside or outside. I told her that I keep all my notes and she did not explain that. I would have never agreed. Who gets their windows cleaned only on one side? This was no deal. Please be more specific with your advertisement. To me this was "false advertising." All the experiences that I've had with Angie's list have been terrible.

Description of Work: TINTED VARIOUS WINDOWS TO HELP WITH LIGHT AND HEAT REDUCTION. He did an excellent job and explained how to maintain the windows.

Description of Work: Found the initial phone conversation with the office exceedingly cordial, helpful and professional. The cleaning services were adequate, but nothing overly thorough. (To be fair, I'm a bit more particular about quality than perhaps the average client, but I also assume that as professionals, not every cleaning detail needs to be delineated. Actually, I look to the professionals for their ideas and recommendations.) Our house, though small, is somewhat more challenging in that it has quarry tile floors with area rugs throughout. We also own two medium size dogs. Flooring requires combination of sweeping and mopping which becomes more labor intensive (I say this from firsthand experience). Still, even with that, the crew wrapped up in less than the allotted time. I phoned the office a few days later to inquire about setting up another service date and requested a different team (I stated nothing negative about the first team...just suggested I wanted to see another group's work for comparison.) I also asked if there could be any credit applied from the time not used on the first visit and was informed that Angie's List policy did not require them to do so, but that they would check with their supervisor . (This was obviously an oversight on my part and I stated as such, indicating that I was just inquiring and did not wish to create a problem.) I was told that they would call me back after speaking with their superior about my request for a different weekend team and my credit question. I never received a call back. As I was not overly impressed with the quality of the cleaning, I opted not to pursue further contact.

Description of Work: I bought this add from Angies list and when I called it took multiple calls to get a response. When they did respond, an appointment was made and then at the last minute they cancelled. this was right before a party. Obviously I was upset. When they were going to reschedule I found out that the add was deceptive. She said the add was only for a limited cleaning. I had Angie's list buy it back form me.

Description of Work: Besides the $99 dollar special, I had water spots from sprinklers removed from living room windows and they did an excellent job for a very fair price.
