It was fine, but the house has tall ceilings, and they couldn't reach everything that was up high because they were short and I didn't have a tall enough ladder. I ended up doing a lot of the high-up dusting.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this company. I liked them very much. They were punctual, they were thorough, they were nice, clean, just absolutely provided the professional service that they represented. I would highly recommend them. They were professional, they were on time, they were nice young men, clean, very articulate and just wasted no time and did the job beautifully.

They're efficient. They know what they were doing and they're professional. I believe they came out on the schedule and they were a little bit late as far as I recall.

It was a terrible experience. I would not use them again. They didn't show up first of all, I waited and waited. They said they ran late working on another house, they came by the house but it was already night time. We set up another appointment for them to come and again they didn't show up. Finally when they did, I asked them to do, I gave them instructions on what I wanted done. I made a mistake of not checking to make sure that they did what I ask and until after they left that's when I discovered that they did not. It was a hassle to try to get them to come back to the house and ask them to finish what I asked them to do. Basically it's hanging Christmas lights on my roof line. I asked them to wrap the light around the two sides of he house and all they did was the front of it. I tried to get them to come back multiple times and they didn't come back. They never came back to take them down like they said they would. It was just a huge hassle.

On time, nice guy, wearing street clothes- spent the morning, didn't break anything, cleaned inside and outside of windows. Last time I hired wondpow cleaners, they cleaned the sills and the screens, for about the same price!

The end result was pretty good, although the price was quite a bit more. The windows looked clean and I would call them again.

Everything seemed fine. I had no complaints. I was satisfied. Unfortunately they knocked a little planter pot hanging by my back door down & broke it. I didn't receive any compensation, but I didn't expect to. They did clean that mess. They also asked to use my restroom and I found that to not be very professional.

It didn't. My grade above means nothing but I had to pick one.

We bought the Big Deal but ended up being unable to use it because by the time we tried to schedule the work the contractor was no longer operating in our area. Angie's List provided a full refund.

This was a bad experience. Although it has been awhile, I recall the experience. First, the company called I believe from California to set up my appointment...I didn't like that right away. Then, a local 'company' contracted to do the work but I had to negotiate a bit for the date. The father-and-son team was nice but didn't have the right equipment to get on the roof. I was concerned enough for the safety of it all I canceled the take down appointment and did it myself. I do not/not recommend this company as it now is.

he showed up and didn't have the right tools said that they didn't tell him he had to create frames..easy misunderstanding and I'm not saying it wasn't my fault as I don't recall the total conversation...it happens. When I asked him for the clearest screens he had he said he didn't have the material and it would be more. He came in, did the job and left. Next time I know to be more clear.

The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. The workers were professional, friendly and usually prompt. Called when they were running late or needed to reschedule.
