Description of Work: There has been difficulty from the beginning in scheduling this service - sometimes it was the weather, sometimes it was my schedule and sometimes it was the America's Best crew. The coupon expired on April 15 and in May an Angie's list representative called me to go over services that I had not reviewed - I told her about not being able to schedule this so she contacted America's Best and they agreed to still honor the coupon - but since that time it has not been possible to schedule it - I have taken time off from work twice and cannot continue to do this.

Description of Work: America's Best did not have the service in my area (West Chester, PA). They hired a sub-contractor to perform the service. My appointments were cancelled 3 times a night before the service date. The first time was unfortunate because of a bad accident to the crew. I tried to reschedule, but after multiple cancellations, I had to request for a refund. The customer service was nice, but the company can't manage the sub-contractors.

Description of Work: The crew was supposed to show up from 8am to 11am. My husband got half day off of work and I sent our kids to a daycare and we moved EVERYTHING away from all the windows, both upstairs and downstairs, cleared ways inside and outside the house, FOR this appointment. We were excited although our house was not functional and so messy. 8am, 9am, 10am... we were sitting on our misplaced couch and decided to just gently "remind" the provider that we still had the appointment... I called and the receptionist said "Oh they are on their way but I can check where they are exactly." We were super happy because at least we did have the appointment and we weren't preparing all this for nothing. She called back and said "Crew 1 had a personal emergency. So sorry. So sorry..." My husband was cursing in the background. I was taking the heat because I made all this happen. He did not want to go with this company. I was thinking Crew 1 had a personal emergency and you did not know as an employer until I called you? Right. She asked if Crew 2 can come out at 12pm and I asked for some credit she said ok - 5 screens cleaned for free. I thought as long as you offered I could forget what happened to go on to get our lives back on track. My husband then called to take the ENTIRE workday off. I called to extend the daycare hours. She later called again and said "You have a 2nd story? You do? Oh Crew 2 doesn't have ladders long enough so we will have to reschedule. So sorry." How can she not know about our 2nd story? We did make an appointment and this company only remembers our address and not anything else? We were MAD. She apologized and said just a chance she would make it right. My husband was so upset. She then offered to call back in 10 MINUTES to give us a chance to talk it out. We didn't talk much but we did wait for her to call back and that was 3 HOURS later. She called me when I was out running errands with the kids. She said a lot of blah blah and I was no longer listening. No more.
