Description of Work: Actual window cleaning was fine, but the - Big Deal - was misleading. The Big Deal advertised for whole house window cleaning but really limited and charged per window and size of window. The entire experience was quite unbelievable....including the person washing the windows standing on my leather sofa to clean the windows.
